Was given a Groupon as a gift last year to have 5 windows tinted. Scheduled an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. They began working on my car within 15 minutes. Since my vehicle has 7 windows that needed to be tinted, and the Groupon was only for 5, they tinted the other two for no additional charge. We waited in their waiting room upstairs, which had couches, a recliner, a television, and a pool table. Not a bad place to wait and give them all the time they needed to ensure that my windows were nothing less than perfect. They did a great job, the tint still looks awesome, and my car is looking beyond fabulous! Highly recommend this place. read more

I wanted to install headrest monitors for my Mercedes, and found these guys on Yelp. I was assured that the project will be done perfectly, but the end result was less than satisfactory. Got the car back with dashboard not installed correctly - some seams where sticking out and not aligned, the center console was also mis-aligned. When I asked if they going to fix it, and he just said it's a Mercedes - it's hard to put together! Further, 2 months later the system stopped working, and a burnt smell appeared to be coming from the trunk area. I quickly checked it out, and there was smoke coming out from under the spare tire location. I took apart everything and found completely burnt electric wires that were installed by these amateurs. Avoid and find a better installers. read more

Got my windows tinted in September of 2014 they were dark so dark that I got a ticket, about 8 months ago they started fading now it looks like I have no tint. Went in asked about the lifetime warranty and he said I have to have receipt, I have credit card statement but can't find the actual receipt. If they could look back into their records and see the work done so I can get them replaced but they refuse without the receipt which doesn't make sense this is why you use the computer or so I thought. Other than that the quality was good, just very unhappy with the fading. read more

3 stars for good value (Groupon $125 for 5 windows). The tint job itself was professionally done. The problem I had was with the wait. I made an appointment and showed up on time. They said it would take about 1hr 30 mins over the phone. When I showed up they said it would be more like 2 hours but it took close to 4 hours. That's a long time to wait in a shop. The female employee apologized and had good customer service skills. I suggest they get their wait times figured out if they want repeat business. read more

Bought a new car and knew I wanted tinted windows but didn't know where in the Valley to go! Looked up on groupon and found this place well over 10 miles away from me BUT had many great reviews on both groupon and Yelp so I thought maybe it would be worth the drive. DEFINITELY exceeded my expectations; the customer service was fantastic and they had the car in and out within an hour and a half- super speedy work, and a nice lounge area to wait if needed! After the tint job was done, they answered any questions I had and as a whole were super genuine guys that really care for their work and your satisfaction. Just got 3m ceramic tints on my brand new Tesla Model 3 with lifetime warranty and I am very pleased. Initially I spoke with Israel who I found on Facebook. He was very reasonable and gave me a great deal, working with my budget. I have to say for a small shop in North Hollywood these guys did a fantastic job. This place is honestly a hole in the wall. The model 3 is a very difficult car to tint, especially because of the large back window, the camera on the front windshield, and the passenger windows that slightly open when you open a door. These guys carefully crafted the tint on the front windshield around the camera so it fit perfectly and laid out a nice sheet over the back. The passenger windows were firmly installed when I got them and didn't move around at all when I opened the doors. When I arrived at the shop the morning of, I went over the shade options with Alex who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different tints. I decided to go with 35% on the sides and back windows, and 80% on the front because I thought it to be the best combo for my car. I am so impressed at how fresh these tints came out. It was also nice because they had a comfy waiting area with couches, a pool table, and TVs to hang out in while I waited. Fashion Square mall was also a short Uber ride away so I went there and did some shopping/had lunch while I waited. It only took them 3 hours to complete. Overall I am very pleased. These guys are 3m certified and clearly know what they're doing. If you don't believe me, see for yourself! read more

So I may not actually speak Spanish, but I do know cuss words in Spanish. And I do know when they're used in reference to myself. Brought my car here to get the windows tinted, and every single window had bubbles form. Brought it in again to get it fixed, and they decided to use inappropriate words about me in Spanish, thinking I wouldn't understand. Surprise! Definitely not a professional place. Definitely not a place I would recommend to my friends and family. And they didn't do a good job on the tint. At all. Save your money. Go somewhere else. read more

I got a hack job on my new Toyola when I ask them to put in better speakers. The speakers are good but they really don't fit. I ask the owner or manager a few times if the better speakers fit with the stock "oh yea oh yea fit no problem" he would say. The next day I was showing my wife the new speakers that are in the trunk. Holy shit what a hack job and the fit is way off. Also I ask them to keep the stock plugs for the stock speakers which of course didn't happen , except for THE ONE I was watching him do. Now I will have to pay out the nose to somehow get this fixed. There's no way in hell these guy will ever touch my car again. I was going to have them put a $500 radio with a GPS in my Kenworth also, that's to bad for them because THAT will not happen. Was greeted over the phone by Rubin to discuss tinting the windows (all of them except the windshield) in my 2012 Toyota Prius. 10 separate pieces of glass, most located in awkward positions. His price was considerably lower than all the others so I made the 10 mile drive, with hesitation, to Pro Audio and Tint. I have only one word to describe my whole experience with Rubin and Pro Audio, OUTSTANDING!!! No issues, no problems, no bs. Professional, fast, and the quality of work couldn't of make me happier. Well worth the 10 mile drive, and from start to finish got it done in about an hour. I'm in the automobile business and from time to time I'll have a vehicles windows tinted. Today he completed my personal vehicle and I am sold on having him take care of the rest of my tinting needs. They do audio as well. The only reason they get 1 star is for the price. Cheap price ,but you get what you pay for. My installation was done halfassed. It took them 4 days to do a half assed job. Missing screws and bolts. They cut my old speakers wire that was a clip on. If you take the fade to the right all the way both speakers wouldn't work. Their wires were veryyy cheap wire. If you tightened it to the amplifier barely, it would snap. In short I had to take it to a second place to get it fixed and reinstalled the correct way. This was done 2 years ago. read more

Freddy installed a pro viper alarm for me. He did a clean install with a few hiccups but it wasn't his fault, scion (toyota) has some strange fuse systems and the alarm manufacturer's documentation is somewhat useless as it can not accommodate all the cars on the market. He took his time, which I appreciate as I wanted the job done right. In the end he got everything working just as it should. Will be back for more! read more

I went here a couple weeks ago and received a poor job. I got a special on their Window Tinting, and some Stereo / Speaker system. They left my vehicle extremely messy and didn't complete the tinting job to my wife or my satisfaction. They also left all their cabling and mess around the passenger side of the mat. Would not recommend you go to this poor aggressive employed shop. It's hard to entrust your vehicle with shops now a days. read more
