Price- whoa it was more than double what it used to be. Even with a coupon (you can find that on their website or Yelp page). Staff- very friendly buttttt a bit pushy in doing other things aside from the oil change which I didn't love. Time- it was VERY busy. The line of cars went through the parking lot. Staff did their best to keep it moving though! Still, I love being able to stay in my car and just work from my comp. Probably won't come again because of the price (I did some research after and there were more affordable places with same synthetic oil).

"I recommended your shop to my daughter based off of a large number of positive Yelp reviews. She came in for routine service on her 2015 Prius with ~75,000 miles. See Invoice #xxxxx. I am very disappointed with how this went. Setting aside your ludicrous prices for replacing her filters (a common tactic), you sprung a brake fluid flush on her when that was not something she requested for her service. Toyota's own maintenance guide indicates that the brake fluid for the 2015 Prius does not need maintenance - it is designed to last for the lifetime of the car. It feels like you took advantage of my daughter's youth and lack of car knowledge and robbed her of $250, but before I take to social media or anything, I thought I'd give you all a chance to make this right. To clarify, she had no issues with her brakes going into this, and nothing in the documentation says there was a leak or other problem. You simply did an expensive and unnecessary procedure."

The dashboard had to come off for the work, so I understand some things had to be moved. However, when I picked my car up they hadn't bothered putting the passenger floor mat back down. Instead it was on top of the seat. They also didn't bother plugging my phone charger back in. I found it tossed in the back seat. The next day I noticed grease stains all over the interior ceiling. The shop let me bring it back in and cleaned them, but now there are just parts of the fabric with a different texture (and still slightly discolored...) from being scrubbed. When I'm spending $2,000 at a shop, I expect my property to be cared for and not returned to me in a worse condition. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

The body and mechanics guys did a phenomenal job, it drives great and I paid a little extra to get the roof/hood painted separately from the insurance claim. The guys also did a great job powdercoating and refitting the new bull bar, in addition to the winch hookups, accessory lights, etc. Definitely not your standard job! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Jesse for your patience as we waited a long time to get the bumper back. Best of all, a lifetime warranty on everything done! Drive over to Pro-Care, and they got me right in, did a great job, were honest with pricing, did not try to up sell me on 25 things, and got me right out. Even checked my tire and re-set my censors. Bob is the most honest and low priced mechanic anywhere, and more importantly he does great work. This is long over-due as I have moved away and miss Bob at Pro-care very much. Yelp has him priced as moderate, which should be low. He has the lowest prices and never does unnecessary work. He is very busy and if you are desperate will try to fit you in, so check before you go to pick up your car to see if it is ready, but he is worth it as his work and prices are amazing, and he is very nice too. read more
