Good customer service and their oil changes are very reasonable. I also needed another part replaced and it was timely ordered and installed. The oil change was completed when they said it would be, and they also checked all fluids and filters and rotated the tires. My truck w/ 86000 miles had an oil leak so I took it to Jim since I had some good experiences there before. He called me later that day and said he put some tracer dye in it and asked me if I had the oil changed recently which I had at Valvoline express. He said there was a seal part they forgot to replace thats connected to the filter, replaced it, and said he put it up on the rack for 10 minutes and that he thinks he got it but to drive it around for a week to make sure. When i asked him what I owed him he said nothing. Who has that kind of integrity and service? I was expecting to have an expensive repair bill w/ this problem - and would have most likely had I taken it to most other shops. Lesson learned on these oil express shops! read more

I found them after getting a very uhhh--lets say inflated estimate from a retail auto service chain that my family had previously used for repairs without doing any research. I smelled something fishy, did some research, and sure enough the boys wanted to charge me 6x the highest price I could find for the part that needed to be replaced. Yikes! Being a new driver in a new area with an old and fragile car, I wanted to be very careful with choosing a mechanic to go to since I was making the decision on my own. I read every review I could find, reached out to a handful of shops and described my issue in detail with what part I'd been told needed to be replaced, and asked for quotes.
