Mr. Jimmy and Mr. Darian showed up 20 minutes before the estimated arrival window, which worked out wonderfully. They bootied up, inspected each of the rooms, and got right to work. The cleaning solution has a strong scent of wintergreen, but it's not unpleasant, and it dissipates quickly after getting sucked up at the end of the process. Still far and away a better smell than chemicals or gag-inducing perfume. The fellas were done with the four small/medium rooms in under 45 minutes. Any previous dog stains were *GONE* and the carpet looked terrific. I wasn't around at the 4-6 hour mark, but the next day when I tested the carpet, it was perfectly dry.
