Our first contact with Ramiro, to the job being done, was only 5 days! (But, if not for *our* scheduling conflicts, it would've been only 3 days!) In our case, to our surprise and joy, he was able to lower the cost because the area to be cleaned was smaller than he thought---I guess I miscalculated the square footage! :/ Our carpets look much better now; Ramiro even did one of the rooms a 2nd time because we asked him to...we could still see, faintly, the footpath pattern in the carpet (mostly because we hadn't had them cleaned--ever) and we hoped another "once over" could make it better. The "once over" did improve it a tiny bit, and so we were happy that Ramiro gave the carpet that "once over" -- and he did it with a smile! Oh, Ramiro's cleaning van is equipped with everything he needs--very professional! So, we are pleased with Ramiro and pleased with the cleaning results!
