Ramiro is THE BEST. He was very honest with some of my expectations and questions and followed through with everything he committed to do. He explained the process as I was nervous about dry time for a party the next day. He took out the craziest stains that about two or three other companies couldn't take out. Can't say much about ProClean that other Yelpers haven't already said. We have 3 high quality tufted wool area rugs that needed cleaning. We considered renting a machine and doing the work ourselves. Having done this before I knew the amount of work involved and knowing now what Ramiro taught me I would have done it wrong. I Yelped carpet cleaning which showed great results for ProClean. Ramiro came over the same day I called him on his way back to his office at the end of the day. He checked my carpets and did one of the most admirable things I have seen for a while.
