Long story short when she arrived at the studio with two of her helpers I told her I didn't think 175 was enough for a job and I was gonna pay 200 as that seemed fairer. When they were done about an hour and a half later she asked me to come check it. I went by and everything seemed fine however I failed to check carefully. . Only after they left and I was gonna go take some pictures for a listing did I realize they hadn't touched the refrigerator. It was full of food from the previous tenant and food in the freezer as well. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that they didn't even open because it had dirty towels in and some stuff on the shelves. It's just really strange. Anyway, I ended up cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer myself. I then ran a vacuum over the rugs and ended up with a complete container of dog hair and dirt so they definitely need a better vacuum. I really wanted to like them and give them a good review. However, I don't think they will improve on their shortcomings unless they are made aware. The last thing is the communication is a major issue.

I reached out to the owner to politely complain and she sent me a nasty response, few of her words are below: "Ok hire a new service , I was there and the job was done" "We move all rugs and mop the door as requested and move your sofa to pick up all toys and clean all need to be cleaned" "You know your son is all over the place playing and make it mess again" Very rude. My house is built in 2015, it's a new construction and doesn't require hard scrubbing or anything. My son is 4 & extremely clean and well behaved kid. I figured that I better call to see where they were and when I could expect them to be there. Instead of a professional, "Oneyda Cleaning, how may I help you?", I received an annoyed "Hello?!". The conversation went downhill fast from there. Although I had difficulty understanding her due to a lousy cell phone on her end, I was able to determine that they were not, indeed, coming at all. (Later, she told my wife that someone's aunt had died, yadda yadda yadda.) Now, I am far from a heartless person and I hardly ever complain about any services, instead preferring to give a company a chance to make things right. If you could have been bothered to CALL ME to tell me that you are sorry, but someone's aunt has passed away and the company must reschedule, I would have been a lot less likely to leave a complaint on Yelp. Sure, I would be disappointed with the inconvenience, but I'd understand. Instead, they did the exact opposite of what I'd call good customer service, didn't bother to call and explain, and then treated me and my wife rudely. You get what you deserve and I hope this warning makes it very clear to others who might be considering using their "service" that they are looking for disappointment and headache instead of a clean house.
