I would recommend Pro Glass & Door! They came right out gave us a quite to replace and install our glass shower door and side glass piece. The price was the same as Vegas or Saint George and They Are Local! We need to help our local business so we don't keep loosing them here in Mesquite. Slow to react if at all. Paid for door work. Took weeks to install.. was rescheduled by them and then when they did show up they were late. Called 4 times about unfinished work and parts that were pay for with absolutely no response. Was told each time that Vern would call and then nothing. So I paid for work and parts that were never done nor addressed in any way. Poor quality install poor service long wait and unfinished job. Stay away. read more

These guys are crooks. They did a horrible lazy job on my windshield replacement and all along the way, I regret not picking up on each clue that I was going to get screwed! After a phone call and chat with Vern and scheduled to drop my vehicle off and was quoted around $500.  1st visit - dropped off my car2nd visit - went to pick up the car and nobody was in the shop. I and another woman wandered around the front and back of the shop. All doors open but no staff. I called them to find out all the staff were out for lunch together and accidentally left the doors open. When waited for eb=veryone to get back and paid and left. 20 mins later as I am backing into my parking spot I realize my rearview mirror is upside down. 3rd visit - they spent 10 minutes and fixed the upside-down mirror. Driving home I get some trouble/maintenance alerts about some features not being aligned or inoperable. I call and they say that they do not have the right equipment to re-calibrate the features inside the windshield/mirror. WTF ! then why would you undertake to fix my windshield. They offer to pay the cost of alignment and I have to take my car to an Acura dealership or professional window installation company for about $175. Weeks later when I had time to blow a day in LV on foot waiting for fr my car, I make an appointment. At Acura I had several services including buying 2 tires and the windshield alignment was grouped in so I decided to not call pro glass and have them pay for it (regrettably). Acura also noticed that the windshield was missing its rubber trim. missing!! They installed one. A few months later I moved to Canada and it rained. Not thinking much about it after a few days of rain I go to my car and it's full of water. roof soaked, cup holders filled with water. I rush to vacuum all the water out and take it to my local Acura. They used soapy water and air to show that the entire top of the windshield was not sealed at all!! No rain in las vegas so this was not noticeable.  I then called and spoke with Vern and management and they went full-on crappy with me! pretty much called me a liar. I sent them quotes and proof of repair and even had them speak with the service repair people fixing my car. I spent another $1000 cleaning and fixing their work .... They wanted me to do an insurance claim and have my age call them... they argued and defected the entire situation. I got the impression this happens all the time to them and they knew exactly what to do to make it impossible to collect.  Go elsewhere...avoid these crooks for car windshield repairs. read more

Pro Glass did a great job designing and installing a glass shower door in our St George, UT home. It was a difficult install with unusual shaping of the opening but they solved the problem and we love the door. Other glass businesses in St George either struggled to find a solution or didn't want to try. The only reason they lost a star was they sometimes were difficult to reach or their voice mail didn't work. I would highly recommend them! read more
