I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate then came out to take a look and some measurements. He was super respectful and while he was here he explained the design mistake I was about to make and saved me from myself. My wife and I re-thought our plans and made better choices, and Cris gave us a new quote that still blew the competition out of the water. His price was for 1/2" glass (as opposed to the 3/8" all the competitors quoted) and still beat them out. We ordered our glass and it came in super fast, and Cris and his team installed it even faster. They chose hardware that matched the existing hardware in the bathroom and did a beautiful job with the install.
