I also called almost every glass company in town and couldn't get a bid since I was looking at doing a glass door for a walk in cigar humidor. I sent him the dimensions and right a way they gave me a soft quote. Then they came out to measure. They took half the payment down and ordered the glass. I found out that they have to have the glass cut to these dimensions it's not like the installers just go back to there office and can cut the glass they have to use a glass company for this. He said sometimes they take a couple days to get he glass cut. Just wanted to throw this out there so you don't think your getting your job down the same or next day. . called and text me on day five and worked with my schedule to install on a Saturday afternoon. Which was awesome. The installation took about two hours but came out awesome. I really needed and air tight install and his measurement were right on. He even went out of his way to find me square handles for the door. They look awesome. He is also very professional and I felt great about having him in my house If you are looking for custom glass work and a fair price give them a text. I found this to be the best way to communicate. I'll post pictures in a few. I would highly recommend them to any and have already have my buddies calling him. I also paid for 1/4 glass but he felt that I wound not be happy and put 3/8 in so that it wouldn't flex. How awesome is that. It was a pleasant surprise.

Luckily the glass was in stock so based on my availability, it was done in three days! That was another bonus - my company gives no PTO so Arturo was able to schedule around my work hours. They came out showing me a sample of an Anlin window. I was very impressed not only with the product but also the installer. The warranty with Anlin is far better than Anderson. The quote came in at less than half of what Anderson quoted. Sold! The windows were installed by a great & efficent team of Jacob, Isaac, Chris, Angel and another whose name I cannot recall. I am sorry about that. I am so happy with windows and I hardly hear anything outside now. Thank you Window & Door store!!

I converted my downtown loft into office space but meetings at the kitchen table weren't cutting it. I didn't have the patience or budget to purchase a big reclaimed wood conference table/cowork space/break room table? I was running out of ideas when I remembered meeting Cris at a business owners' conference. You can always tell the people that take pride in their work by how they speak about what they do. I kept his information and knew just who to call...even though I didn't know what I wanted! He suggested the perfect table top to address all of my needs. I had 3 cracked or broken windows in my house. I got a callback from Cris within 20 minutes. Based on my measurements he gave me an approximate estimate which was fair. He arrived to do the replacements within 2 hours. He was professional and pleasant. He worked quickly and efficiently without interfering in my day. When completed the work site was clean and he replaced my security sensors. To make things better, the actual costs was less than the estimate. read more

I received a reply stating that they have been calling me to "make it right" but that I am hanging up. That's just not true! Secondly, they said the door was reinstalled in the "same shape" as when they removed it. 1. They adjusted the rollers to make it easier to remove. Okay 2. They reinstalled it and left. Not okay. 3. The door is very difficult to use now. How is that the same shape?

I had a window replaced in my condo when I first moved in and the contractor company that did the work did a horrible job, the window was leaking within a month of install. This was about a year and a half ago, so these past few weeks, I've been looking for a new window and glass company to fix the issue. I'm not sure what it is about the Vegas area, but I called several different window and glass companies and they were all either shady or rude. I was referred to a Dan Bradley Glass Shop by a coworker and I'm so thankful they did! I called Dan Bradley Glass for an estimation visit, the girl who answered the phone was super nice and easy to work with. Their system is they send people to appointments based on their availability in certain neighborhoods, and I was put on the schedule for the week after I called. Richie was the specialist on my window and he was very kind and helpful and he called me with a heads up that he'd be on his way to take my appointment. He did a full look at the window from the inside and then got on his tall ladder to look from the outside and found the problem quickly. He told me the next steps and the timeline to get the full quote and their recommendation as a company to get the window re-installed properly. I wish I'd found Dan Bradley Glass sooner because I feel the issues I now have with water damage to my bedroom wall could've been prevented if they'd done the job the first time. Since the appointment was today, I'm still waiting on the full price for a replacement window if I choose to go that route, but it's nice to know there's a company out there that values good work and doesn't believe in ripping people off. A zero star from start to finish. I took my kitchen cabinet panels for glass install. When I…read morepicked them up they were stacked together in plastic wrap. After I removed the plastic wrap, and put the glass against the light, the frosted glass had scratch marks, finger print marks, the frost layer on a panel was not complete and clear silicone was visible on the face of the glass panel. I sent them the pictures and they said to return the panels for correction. I picked up the panels and 2 of them had scratches on the glass. After a verbal disagreement, the manager accussed me of doing the damage on transport and I should have inspected the glass before leaving on the 1st pick up. Why did you wrapp them up if its your practice to show the customer the finished product? Clearly you didnt show me the 1st time. You showed me after I picked the panels up the 2nd time and accussed me of scratching the glass. For the consumer: this company was unnacountable and blamed me instead highly unethical and substandard. See for yourself Dont be fooled by the high reviews on Yelp.
