My wife and I had questions and every single one got a straight answer. Here's my favorite part though. Multiple times during the visit, Ingemar would look around and just go, "Yep, you need windows." I think he said it 3 or 4 times. I laughed every time. Every. Time. He made the appointment on a day that turned out to be particularly cold and called ahead to tell us he would be a little late, which we really appreciated since repairmen oftentimes simply don't let you know. He laid out mats and wore shoe covers to make sure there was no soiling or damage to carpets or the floor. The job was done cleanly and professionally. They matched the paint with the caulking so well that we didn't have to paint, even though they arranged to get the paint color so we could if we wanted to. My wife was particularly impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves including using a vacuum.
