This review is way overdue but it's so hard to find realistic reviews on Yelp nowadays, that I wanted to submit one to try and help this business succeed. I purchased a used 2015 Lexus GS350 back in July and it had a seriously bad door ding, even had some paint chipped off. I set an appointment with Jack and he arrived right on time to meet me at his shop. Not only did he remove the dent, but he said if I'd run up the road to Lexus and get some touch up paint, he would apply it for me too. Uh.. yeah, so I ran up there and grabbed paint, came back, and he carefully applied the paint. Not just dabbed it on, I mean he really put it on right, and then let it dry, then touched it up again, then brought out his buffer wheel and blended it. Remember, I was only there for PDR!! That's not even all though. After that, I asked if he did other paint repair work, because there were some weird suface scratches on the clearcoat in two places on the car. He just grabbed his buffer, and worked magic on them. But there's more... He found more spots I hadn't even seen and fixed those too! All for the price of the original paintless dent repair job. I gave him more because how in the world would I have had the time to find individual people to do all that, and at what cost!! Jack For The Win, I will go back every time. Pro hail did a fantastic job getting my car back in shape after the latest hail storm. My Pathfinder was pretty banged up and Jack managed to get every single dent out, car looks new again. He was great to work with and kept in constant contact with me as well as worked closely with my insurance company. I borrowed a friends car for 2 weeks and after my insurance company took over 2 weeks to get out and inspect the car, Jack got me a rental car so I wouldn't be without a car while he did the repairs (I had to return my friends car). We brought our Vehicle to these guys and within an hour our dents we're gone and you couldn't tell there was ever a dent in place. Super professional, super fast and they had appointments available same day. I highly recommend these guys for any debt removal, hail damage and other fender benders you have. I took my car here because of hail storm damage. This is a small body shop but don't let that made you think they're less serious about their business. I called to make an appointment and they told me to take my car there that the same day. They made a quick inspection and told me they can repair the kind of damage my car had. They helped me to get a rental car which was really easy so I left my car there on a Wednesday and it was ready by next week's Thursday, it probably would have be ready before but my insurance company took more time to answer. I went to pick up the car and it was ready when I got there, no wait time. He had not received a small door part that my car required yet so a few days later he called me to tell me that he received the part so I came by and he installed it real quick, I spent no more than five minutes there. I've checked the worked they did on my car a few times on different light scenarios and the job is outstanding, it's like it never was damaged. The owner is a laid-back honest guy and very professional, you rarely get this great service from bigger body shops. I totally recommend this company. read more

I met Jack Duffy through craigslist. He does awesome paintless dent repair in the Plano area. Many years experience working for various dealerships and bodyshops around DFW. I have a half dollar size ding in my passenger driver side. Went by his house and he fixed it right on the spot in less than 30 minutes. Paid 60 bucks. Was quoted $125 at 3 other places. I can safely say he did the best job possible. I can hardly see the ding and he took great care in making sure it was minimally noticeble. Just got a few dents removed today. Kept putting it off because I didn't want to deal with the hassle. But the process was easy. I called and the shop was about 10 minutes away. He said they were only open for another hour, so I only expected to get an estimate. But after he looked at it he said he could fit it in 30 minutes right on the spot. Looks good as new now. I waited to get hail damage repaired on my 2013 Mercedes glk 350. My husband called Mercedes of Plano and was referred to Ewing Body shop next door. The shop insinuated they did not want to handle minor hail damage, "we need to keep the doors open." Despite hearing this, I took my car in anyway. I learned they brought in a 3rd pty PDR company to handle hail damage last spring and the front desk wasn't sure how to handle my car at this point. Still, I left my car and got a an overpriced rental on site. Meantime I googled all the reviews on Ewing and it wasn't looking good. I didn't hear from the shop all day, so the next morning I had to call them to retrieve my garage remote. I talked with Mr. We need to keep the doors open." He said it would take more than 2 weeks to repair and the entire hood had to be replaced; no PDR. I thought, hmmmm, searched Yelp and found Pro Hail. I told Ewing forget it, turned in the overpriced rental and got my car. I completed the online form and immediately heard from Jack. Jack arranged a rental that was much cheaper and I got better customer service, with the same company that provided the first rental!!! He said it would be a week - 10 days. BTW, Jack did not agree that the entire hood needed to be replaced. Six days later, I picked up my car and it is flawless. No, BS, no price gouging, no hassle; just excellent customer service and workmanship. Thank you Jack. You are indeed a pro!!! read more

Jack did an excellent job on removing a five inch dent on my husband's truck for a lot less than a previous quote I received. You cannot tell the dent was even there! All done the same day. He also repaired my daughter's car for free. Someone had backed into it and the bumper had popped out of its placement. Less than five minutes later this was repaired too.
