I have come here multiple times before and have always gotten acrylics. This time thigh they did the worst job. My nails are uneven. The paint was very sloppily put on. The man who cut my nails did not make sure my nails looked even and he kept leaving in the middle of my manicure to make phone calls. He didn't clean the bottom of my nails so there was a bunch of gross stuff underneath them. I do not recommend. Terrible service and aweful nails! I want my money back read more

Horrible!!! FIRST- I called an hour ahead and made 3 appointments for my friends and I. They had no problem scheduling us. We showed up 15 min early and were seen about 45 min after our appointment time SERVICE: my gal, Kelly, wasn't too bad. She was friendly, but quick. The polish job and hand massage were definitely low on my scale :/ unfortunately, my other friend- well her nails ended up looking as if her 8 year old polished them. The polish ran through underneath her nail and was causing her skin to stick to the nail. Very very bad job :/ Pricing wasn't bad and they offer a $2 cash discount. Restroom was very clean. I've come to this place multiple times. I request the exact same service every time. Yet I never pay the same amount. Every time is $2-$5 more expensive than the last. I've asked why and I'm given a different excuse each time. Nail trim or cut, shape, color change, color removal, gel removal, Covid .... etc. frustrating. I also request the same person each time (Tracy) and she always seems bothered that I request her. You would think she would appreciate that I prefer her work over the others but nope! I'm honestly sad I'm writing this but the way I was treated is not okay. I've been going here for 7 years!!! I'm an aesthetician + lash tech so I'm in the beauty industry. And I completely understand the getting paid for doing work for hours . But if my clients don't like the outcome with lashes I fix them because you are paying for quality Ans I take pride in my work and I want my customers to have exactly what they how. this morning I went in for my appointment I made for a full set acrylic with French tip. I usually always get a simple French and it turns out amazing. This time from the beginning I asked her " can we please make them a little longer" . And the French tip was really sloppy and crooked. I get medium length almond shape ... these nails look like nubs. And I told her over and over again. I spent 10 minutes in my car debating if I wanted to / could speak up. I have really bad confrontation anxiety. And what they did do not make it better. I apologized a lot because I felt so bad which I shouldn't . They charged me $16 extra than it says on the price sheet. When I asked to make another appointment they said they can't and it would take 2 weeks to redo the nails. Realistically it takes 20min to soak them off and they could have fixed them. One of the lady's snapped at me and refused my appointment. So at the end of the day I have awful nails going to such an important event that I made know I needed them for and they wanted to charge me $120 for nails they messed up. LOVE this place. I don't get my nails done very often but treated myself for my birthday. Didn't have a reservation and even though the place was really busy for a Sunday evening, they still got me in a chair in just a couple minutes. Every magazine you could possibly want to thumb through. I got just a basic manicure but since one of my nails had recently broken, the nail tech put a tip on it for free so it matched the rest. I found this little gem of a nail salon by accident actually, I just walked in one day and Kelly did my nails perfectly! This was about 3-4 months ago now and always go to her, she's awesome plus she speaks rly good English so I can actually communicate with her what I want etc. she's very friendly and I have yet to brake a nail since I've seen her! That's insane cuz I ALWAYS brake my nail(s) I have little ones lol. Plus she's fast! Which is nice when I have little time some days. The shape is always perfect and I have only good things to say about her and this salon. I've also had the guy (idk his name) do my pedicure and he did a good job too, Wendy I believe is her name did my nails once when Kelly was out sick and she's awesome too. Amazing service. Very friendly and sweet staff. My only complaint is how messed up my nails are after taking off my acrylics. They have the normal wear acrylics do but my nails were filled down A LOT more than I've ever experienced which is a headache now because they are extremely thin and cause a lot of pain. Probably one of the worst nail salons in Temecula. They rush through your pedicure and paint so sloppy. I just got an acrylic fill from them and they look terrible, all my nails are uneven and lumpy and there is gel paint on my cuticles. LOVE Kelly! She's awesome. She's super nice, fast and she does an amazing job. I'm so picky about my nails and I went to quite a few different salons in Temecula before finding her (my manager at work recommended me). They have a killer selection of gel polishes too which is amazing. I've been bringing my own polishes since I didn't know they had such nice choices. They charge less too if you pay cash. It was $25 for a new set with regular polish and $17 for a fill with regular polish. Salon is big too, clean and they play game shows on the TV's with the volume on! My nail service went alright my complaint more so has to do with the way a situation was handled. I used the atm they have at their location and took out $160 the atm did not dispense my money. I informed their workers and showed them that it was posted in my bank account and taken out of my account. I called my bank to dispute the atm malfunction they informed me I needed to speak to the salon for my refund. The salon manager is now telling me that I need to wait to see if it will be reversed from the atm people by the end of today. I'm not from here nor do I feel comfortable leaving town knowing I lost out on $161! And I also paid $100 something for my nails that day! This sucks sooooo bad! As I feel I won't be able to get my money back. Wendy my nail lady was sweet but I'm so upset because 161 is a lot of money & I'm going on vacation this weekend hence why I was getting my nails done in the first place. I've gone here 3 times in the last month and a half. The first time was a good experience. Wendy gave me a full set and did a nice job. The last two times haven't been so great. I had a fill 2 weeks ago and one of the nails was shaped awkwardly. I asked for a basic nail design on my ring finer and it ended up being 3 flowers that were just dots with black inside. I had asked for 3 basic flowers but were hoping they'd have a little more flare to them at least in the petals. Just got my acrylic removed today and asked for a gel mani. There's bubbling and my thumb nail looks squished. I mentioned the thumb and was just told I may have left them out too long, but nothing was done to redo it. There's space on the side of some of my nails that was left. So not much attention to detail. Felt very rushed this time. I went here with my best friend, we walked in and were greeted right away. The greeter was well across the room and asked us what service we needed. We told her manicures each. She then greeted a woman who walked in after us and asked what she needed. Then looked at us and asked us again. We repeated, she still was across the room. She finally gets up and comes over to us and asks us a third time what we needed. We told her and was finally offered a seat. There was still some more confusion as we weren't offered to chose our nail color before we were seated so our manicurist stared at us blankly and asked us to go get our colors. Fastest. Manicure. Ever. I was seated and done in well under 15 minutes. My existing polish was not completely removed, my cuticles were not properly trimmed, and she didn't clean out under my nails (which were clearly dirty from working in the garden). My nails are jagged and the gel is in weird globs on the corners of my nails causing them to catch on things. The gel doesn't go to the cuticle in some places, but goes onto my skin in other places. I had to pick the paint off just to get the tip of my nail unglued from the top of my finger. No hand/arm massage either, lotion was slapped on and off she went to the next in line. I get that they got busy, but a full priced manicure is a full priced manicure. I will be looking elsewhere for a reliable salon. Oh! Two stars instead of one because the lady was sweet. I kept telling the lady I felt like the sides did not have enough polish and she told me she would get it all on the second application. Both hands look like I've had growth for over a week. Worst nail salon that I have ever been to! I normally don't come here because all last year my nails kept breaking after only having them for a week. But my normal salon was packed and this was the closest salon to my house. I came an hour before they closed to get a mani pedi. I was quickly seated and they guy who did my pedi (Tony) did a pretty decent job. The guy who did my acrylic full set rushed to do them. He didn't even bother cutting down my nails so they were even, nor did he bother cleaning under my nails. I have part of my real nail still showing and part of the acrylic powder on top of my cuticles, that just started to come off today. The polish was just sloppy and started peeling 2 days after. The jewel that I had on both my ring fingers came off the next day. And I broke two nails 3 days after I got them done. Not to mention I got the same design on my toes and hands and when the girl (Kelly) did my design she rushed to do them & when I said that they don't even look alike it seemed as if she had an attitude. Like I don't care if you're trying to get home, you still should do my nails as I request without the huffing and puffing. Went to salon yesterday on recommendation from one of my employees . The services are ok but the color my girlfriend wanted was the same which the girl told her she could match but was a different color at the end . Overall the service is fair but the problem was the customer service the next day . My girlfriend went in because one nail broke and she went in to get repaired. But when she went in they told her it would be 2 hours to fix it. Funny how they got us in day before in 5 minutes to get our $200 . I talked to manager but he didn't seem to care,. He needs to go back to customer service school. Don't go here and waste your time or money. Too many other places in area try Sally's or Red Persimmons in same mall. read more

This was our third stop on the way to find a good nail salon. The first stop told us the entire staff was gone and they couldn't take us. The second shop (located in Old Towne) wasn't going to work so we headed here. My sis and I were warmly greeted and when we requested pedicures they immediately accommodated us. Our manicurists did a great job and worked very quickly. We were done within an hour, even though sis had a wait for a manicurist to become available. They work hard and focus on what they are doing. I didn't have to ask them to be careful - they already were. And they used a heated stone to rub the soles of your feet. Awesome. They offered a discount for cash so pedicure was $18 instead of $20. So I wanted to treat myself after a long week so I went for the new VIP area. The guy sold me on the hot stone massage, special chairs etc. Well the guy that did my pedicure was awful. I should have know something was up when the others kept coming over to check on him. Of course I could not understand a thing they were saying but I can read expressions and body language. The guy got up twice and left for about 5-7 minutes and came back smelling like cigarette smoke. The hot stone massage was a joke, the cuticle removal that comes with the VIP service did not happen until I reminded him about. By the time he polished my nails I was livid! It looked like my 14 year old nephew polished my toes. If my husband had not already paid the bill and left, I would have not paid them. When I showed the guy behind the counter and told him I felt as if it was this guys first pedicure he explained to me that it was his first time doing a VIP pedicure so isn't really familiar with the process or the hot stone massage. Of course my question then is....Why would you let him do a pedicure before he's ready? He offered to have someone re-polish my nails but by that time I needed to leave. He did not offer me anything by way of free next pedicure or 50% off. NOTHING!! I asked him to please take my name and number and have the manager call me. Of course he did but it has now been two weeks and I have not received a call. Terrible customer service. Not only will I never go there again but I ask everyone I know if they go there and tell this story to them. What a disappointment. Came to visit mom and decided I needed a pedicure among other things so after driving to a few places we stopped by here and made an appt since it is just down the street from her house. I was told that if I had an appt I wouldn't have to wait, so I made one for 3pm saturday. I get there at 2:50, wait to be greeted, told to sign in, and then sat there for another 10 minutes before being asked if I had been helped yet. He "finds" me a chair, which is the last one on the row by all their supplies and bathroom and stuff, and I sat there for almost 20 minutes before getting anyone. The lady I got only spoke a few words in English and hardly understood any and then got annoyed with me because I was trying to ask her what their spa pedicures entailed since every place is different. She didn't understand so I asked one of the guys. All in all I liked the end result but did not care for the lady or customer service received. Next time I get my nails done in Temecula, I will go to one of the other million nail places. read more
