I really needed a haircut on friday, and I found this place on yelp. It was near my place and in my price range, so I called ahead thirty minutes and went over. I was greeted by a friendly staff when I walked in and seated immediately by Tina. She was really sweet and attentive. Although I initially went for just a trim she also retouched my roots and color. She did an amazing job. When she cut my hair she checked with me often to make sure that she wasn't cutting too much. I still love the cut and color a few days later. WOSRE PLACE EVER. don't ever go there. my mom got her hair highlighted there and they messed it up. she wanted the brown and the lady gave her some kind of burgundy red. she came home and that same night had to use dye from long's drugs because she hated it so much. ALSO she bought the biosilk bottle for 30 bucks and turns out that it's mixed with WATER. it's not even thick like it's supposed to be. i'm goin there with her today to complain and hopefully get our money back because their services and products are ridiculous! i'm hoping this message will warn everyone NOT to go to this place!! they don't even deserve 1 star.. read more

I have been taking my kids to Pro Image for many years now, and they always get a great haircut! I decided to try and get my hair colored- and I am pretty picky about color. Bonnie did an AMAZING job. Her cut and color are perfect for me, and I will continue to go there. She is always friendly, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. A review for long hair: I've never taken care of my hair in the sense that I regularly visit any salons. I've also never been to the same salon twice. My hair is (was) ~3.5 ft long and rested about halfway between my lower back and bottom. I was a walk-in and the only person in the salon portion of their workplace. The nail salon has a separate entrance and seemed more lively for a Friday afternoon. The women here were very excited to work on my hair and I felt comfortable and very welcomed from the beginning. There was a small language barrier, which I was afraid of at first because I needed to emphasize that I only wanted a trim/ thinning--not a full style-cut. The length of my hair is very important to me. In the end, we decided to cut off the dead ends/ damage which was ~1.5-2". We didn't layer my hair completely, but thinned underneath a bit which let me keep my hair but at the same time relieve the heaviness I'd come in to remedy. Some stylists really don't listen, but Pro Image definitely listened to please. All in all, I'm completely satisfied and it really brightened my day! I docked 1 star because I felt they pressured me to undergo their eyebrow waxing, but I'm actually very happy I did that. Just wasn't expecting to pay $15 for it. I am so happy I stumbled upon this salon on Yelp! I had an appointment at Studio Glam today, but the hair stylist was a no show. At my appointment time, the business was closed, and I was left waiting outside in need of a haircut. I returned home to receive a call from the stylist without a good excuse. Later in the day, I was desperate for a haircut so I did research on Yelp and found Pro Image. I was able to get a last-minute appointment. I don't usually write reviews but I was very impressed with Pro Image Salon!!! I usually go to a more "high end" salon but I'm broke from the holidays and couldn't afford to pay $50 to trim my hair so I looked around and found pro image. I came in on a Wednesday, I called around 2pm asking if they were busy and needed an appt, she said to give them 15 mins and they'll be ready for me. It took me about 20 mins to get there and waited maybe 2-3 mins cause she was finishing up with someone else. My hair stylist was Kim. She asked me what I wanted, all I needed was a trim but still wanted to keep my length, she did perfect! She also asked if I wanted some layers, I didn't want any and she accepted that unlike other places who do what they want. I was there for a good 15 minutes and paid $15 for the cut. I'm very happy with the way it came out and definitely recommend! I'll be sure to come back. read more

I gave this salon a try since I saw their reasonable haircut prices. The lady, Bonnie, cut mine and my mom's hair. Please do not go to this place. She messed up both of our haircuts! We both looked okay leaving, but now we both realized that I have a big chunk missing in the front, and my mom's hair isn't even on both sides. We BOTH have to wait until our hair grows back. I will not go back here again. I asked for layers and got choppy, shapeless, ugly cut hair and horrible service. It was horrendous. I went back to get it fixed, they just cut my hair shorter and did not do anything. Oh and the owner kept flirting and touching my bf, ew. He went for a hair cut NOT to get hit on in front of me! I usually don't write reviews on yelp but I do think that Kim deserves a good review! I was in the area and wanted to get a haircut for a decent price. I came across this salon on yelp and saw that it had many positive reviews so I decided to go and see for myself (they accept walk-ins I believe). I was helped almost immediately by Kim. She was very friendly and listened to what I had to say before starting on my hair. She did not rush at all and took her time cutting my hair. I am so happy that I went to this salon because she did such an amazing job. She did exactly what I wanted and what i asked for! I also loved how they made conversation with me and my friend. I have had so many bad experiences with other hair salons whether it was from a terrible haircut or very rude customer service so I was very skeptical at first. But I am so glad I took the risk. I will definitely be coming back in the future especially since it was only $15 and also very professional. Definitely ask for Kim if you want a nice haircut! read more

I went to Bonnie a few weeks ago and I was there early and was seated at 4 pm... unfortunately, it took her 3 hours to touchup and highlight my hair! I was out of there a little after 7. I asked for blond streaks, a change in my look, and what I got 3 hours later was a touch-up to my previous blond streaks and touch-up hair color, color on my face, neck, and in my ears. She did trim my hair and quickly chop my bangs in less than 20 minutes, but even that came out horrible! She yanked the heck out of my hair when she was coloring it too! The salon is not kept up, their music was nothing but static and she asked me about three times if I wanted a pedicure or manicure while I waited. To top it off, I was sniffling the whole time because I had a runny nose, and when it came time for Bonnie to wash my hair, she decided to have the fan on full speed blow straight at me!!! So, when she was done and it was time to pay, I thought "okay this is where all the downfalls of coming here are going to pay off!" Well I was wrong, she charged me over $140 for what I received!!! As I walked out, I looked next door, and thought to myself, I should've gone to Color Cowboys... I probably would've paid $20 to $30 more, but it would've been well worth it!!! Oh, and my hair is freaking fried and my scalp itches like hell!!! I would give them 1/2 star if I could. read more

I have very long hair and I rarely get it cut because of fear of someone cutting too much. However this time I wanted something completely different a whole new look. I wanted a long a line bob, I yelped and researched and came across Pro Image Salon. I went in today and was seen by Tina. Let me just say I was so nervous, she was very understanding (I was just about to cut a good foot of hair off) She took her time cut my hair a little longer then the picture I had brought for reference styled and showed me. I decided it was still too long and didn't make me look like I did anything different. Then I told her to go ahead and cut it as short as the picture. Let me just say I am sooooo happy with my haircut. Tina was so sweet took her time and talked me through it all. All that and she only charged me $20!!! Be nice and leave a good tip!!
