I came here for Black Friday (11/28/2025) and they had 10+ different made in USA models (990V6s, V4s, 993, 996, and 998) and some other cheaper but popular models that I didn't care about. I only shop NB for shoe made in the UK and US and this outlet store had several for me to pick from for less than $100. I ended up picking up a pair of V6 - see photo attached - for 50 bucks (the original retail price is $199). Staff were very friendly. There were so many people shopping here. I already own over 30 pairs of New Balance, so I had to really resist myself from buying multiple pairs. I am not sure when this Black Friday deal ends but if you're looking for comfortable high-quality sneakers made in USA for under $100, head on over to NB factory store now!

I'm in there quite often for athletic gear and random printing needs. Most recently our volleyball team needed 19 green t-shirts made for a special day at a volleyball tournament. The employees helped me find 19 shirts in all the sizes I needed while Rich printed off the design I wanted and started ironing the design on. He said, "Go get some lunch and come back in a few and they will be done." That's exactly what we did. We returned to all the shirts made and an amazing price! I love supporting local businesses and with Action Sports right here in Arlington able to print pretty much anything you need, you don't need to go elsewhere.

My wife purchased me a new rod and reel as a gift from Johns Sporting Goods 5 days prior to them having a discounted price on the reel purchased. I'm going on a 3 day fishing trip so I planned on dropping in and buying gear for the trip and see if they would be able to price match their special and just get a credit to spend there. The rep immediately and in a very rude way said "nope not doing it not a chance". Now as a new customer and looking to spend way more then the difference and going forward you would think they have a better way to go about things. So while their selection is pretty good (only reason for 2 stars) the customer service is horrible and they have not only lost a customer, but I will be telling others in the fishing community about my experience and what to expect when shopping with John's Sporting Goods.
