Definitely not the best shopping experience. I definitely wanted a pair of Superstars, but wanted to see my colour options. I quickly walked around the ladies' section to see what I had to work with and decided to try a couple of things on to help me make a decision. One of the employees took objection as she "asked" me if I needed help (she wasn't actually asking me a question, she was injecting herself into my business). When I confirmed I didn't, just making a decision, she kept talking to me (sigh!!) and seems surprised that I wanted said shoes for work because she finds them uncomfortable. That's nice?? I have a desk job, I'll wear any shoes I want, thanks. I order my Adidas online exclusively now. read more

Adidas Outlet exceeded my expectations and beyond at my recent visit. Lots of merchandise and with 40% off items it's a great day to shop. Heck they even had official NHL Seattle Kraken team jerseys discounted. So I grabbed several items and off I went. Now I tried everything on when I returned home and had several items that just didn't fit to my liking. So the next day I drove back north and was shocked I was able to return the items without one headache or hassle. This is real customer service and it's much appreciated. There was 3 "fitting rooms" but they were using two as extra storage room. Not sure what is expected when they have customers who want to try on clothing but only have people try on one at a time. I always recommend coming here when the sale is buy one get on 90% off or better. A good pair of shoes can run you north of $200. Staff is nice and friendly and no the fine line of when to up sale and when to back off. No complaints in the 3 times I've been here. read more

Adidas please educate your employees on the law of service animals. I came in the store today between 1-1:30 and was told by Erica and another worker that my dog could not be in the store. I told her he was a service dog and that I had just forgotten his vest to which she replied he can only be in the store if he has a service vest or can be carried in my arms. I told them that's not legally correct but they did not care. For your education: - Service animals will often be identified with a harness or vest, but there is no requirement that the service animal have any identification. - If an animal is identified as a service animal, the business must allow the animal into all public parts of the business, including where food is sold and eaten. I will be filing a complaint with the WA State office of the Attorney General. read more

The customer service is soo unhelpful, especially the managers. I have gone there twice in 3 days and both times managers have been soo rude and unhelpful. Wasted my time because they don't wanna do their job and help customers. Acting like Adidas is a luxury store and being rude to People of color. I'm never shopping here again. read more

Golf shirt clear in has tag says $21.99 and on the clearance rounder rack with additional sign on top of rounder saying 50% of lowest tag. Rang up as $24.00. Manager refuses to honor the price. That's your mistake for having the wrong price tag attached and you should honor because that's your mistake. Very poor customer service and argumentative with customer only reflects your poor customer service skills. Will not be returning to this store. Should take a customer service class. This place is horribly run. I know its an outlet, but there are no standards here. Some shirts have stains on them. There are a lot of merch on the floor. The employees are just talking amongst themselves while there are long lines. I generally don't really care if employees acknowledge or greet me, but have some basic customer service posture! At least pretend you are working instead of talking with other employees in the middle of the store while there are only 2 cashiers and a long line of customers. The clearance shoes are disorganized and a big mess. 1/5 - customer service is horrible. Shop looks like trash. read more

My Mom wanted a pair of shoe for $35 and less and still looks pretty. This is hard to find now a days. I would say couple years back or even just couple months back, it can easily be found at Adidas Outlet here. I think the store got smaller for some reason. I mean in the past I can easily find good deal on shorts, pants, shoes etc. Well now. I mean its more of a hit and miss. I still like shopping here for athletic or just everyday non work wear. Incredible sale going on when I visited with 40% off lowest ticketed price of almost everything in the store. Decent selection and I was able to find the last size S on almost every piece of clothing I looked at - rare! No one attended the fitting rooms, so it was better to leave them open for multiple sessions. The cashier was super friendly, but we didn't notice that she forgot to remove the security tag off the sweater I bought until we got back home. Thankfully, the outlet in Tsawwassen took it off for me. read more

We had a very bad experience with this store, especially the store manager Alissa. Since we are VIP members, we got the $30 off from $150 total purchase. We spent almost two hours in this store and picked the shoes and other stuffs. When we checked out, one of the shoes we purchased was not priced correctly. We had to go back to the checkout and asked for the credit for the price difference. The store manager Alissa not only didn't help us resolve this issue in their system but also asked us to return everything we purchased. What's the point of returning everything after spending two hours in this store??? Also we can tell she was impatient without helping customers at all and she just wanted us to leave without solving problems. As a matter of fact, she became sarcastic to us and this is not the good experience any customers want to have. Based on this experience, we will never shop in this store in the future. read more

Currently waiting in line here... have been for 20 minutes now, which is whatever, but it's weird to see 2 out of 6 registers are open while 10 employees twiddle their thumbs in the back or wander around the store. Another register could easily be opened, but instead you're allowing the line to snake all the way into the store. I get the outlet mall is busy, but this is just pathetic. When you see a problem that can be so obviously and quickly solved, do that. Don't stand around and let things get worse. read more

This store had the worst customer service!! My son tried to return a pair of shoes he got for his birthday. The employee was trying but was very short and ended up crediting the person that purchased the gift. My son lost out on his gift and when the manager came over to find out what was going on she insisted we did not get the shoes there and was very rude. After showing her the gift receipt there was no apology. She continued to roll her eyes and tell me there was nothing she could do. As we were walking out I turned to see her laughing. Great store. Lots of selections and lots of great deals! Very short on staff though, only saw like 3 employees in the whole store and was hard to ask questions. Saving money on labor but losing on sales, management should add more employees to shifts. Also, please store more medium sizes, seemed like a of things I liked they were out. Lots of small and XXL . Employees are super nice, the boy at cash register named Owen, is super nice and helpful and asked questions to connect with me and my family but i typed my email for him and now get scam emails. Elijah is also a gem, he asked me three times for help and I finally asked him about a size and he got it in the back for me, and always had a smile on his face. Poor poor customer service. The manager on duty today couldnt handle the store. Shoes on display had a great price and same low price were marked on the boxes handed to me by emplpyee. Brunette busted up version of Lois Griffin w/ glasses let somebody put the wrong tags on shoes for sale, and was incredibly rude at the cash register when I was asking why I was getting charged double the listed price. No apologies and made me feel like I was an inconviniece. Customer complaints are the results of mismanagement. If you're not ready to manage a busy store, step down and let someone qualified to do it. If you're not feeling friendly, don't work a customer service focused job. The rest of the staff were awesome and friendly. It's unfortunate that their supposed "team leader" is making them look bad.
