    Larry G (general manager)!
    Dar O.

Pro Italian has been around for a long time and there's a reason for it. It's a great store with people who love riding. I've known Larry G (General manager) for years and I've pretty much purchased all my motorcycles through him. Larry has always treated me as a friend and he's someone I trust. For this recent purchase, I saw a bike in their pre-owned department and ended up trading in my current bike for the pre-owned. Larry had Art (sales) help me with the transaction and the test ride. Art was very helpful and made the transaction smooth and easy. He's easy going and has a good sense of humor. Giovanni in finance had me in and out quickly so I could get riding. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, I highly recommend visiting Pro Italia.

I came here to shop on new bikes and sale person was very knowledgeable and also offered me test ride. The business is located on the very quiet street and also close by freeway. After test ride route was shown, I took the bike and test rode it. I immediately enjoyed the bike and purchased the bike within few days. I came back here for 600 miles service and I got the discount. Service counter explained everything about my bike and gave me some tips about the upgrades. This place is highly recommended and I will be back for future services.

Motorcycle after service and parts change

Pro Italia Motorcycles is something special. From the very top, Bill went out of his way for me in a manner that was genuinely shocking--in the best possible sense. That level of care and integrity sets the tone for the entire dealership. Art, my sales associate, was extraordinary. He took late-night calls, patiently walked me through every step of the process, and made sure I felt confident and supported the entire way. That kind of dedication is rare. Christian in parts was fantastic as well--knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly invested in making sure everything was right. And while I don't know everyone's name, I can honestly say the entire staff made a lasting impression. Every interaction felt warm, competent, and sincere. Larry, the general manager, really sealed it. He gave me that unmistakable family feeling--the sense that you're not just buying a bike, you're joining a community. The fact that they're already inviting me out to track days says everything about the culture here. If you're looking for a home base for a Ducati--or motorcycles in general--this is it. Pro Italia isn't just a dealership. It's a family, and they make you feel like part of it from day one. Highly recommended. Quick follow-up after my first service visit: I also want to give a huge shout-out to Ruben and Ismael in service. Both were outstanding--professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took great care of me and reinforced everything I'd already felt about Pro Italia: this place is run by people who genuinely care. From sales to parts to service, the consistency across the team is rare and deeply appreciated.

My husband bought a 2022 Ducati Monster from these guys and it was the most incredible experience. Absolutely beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day so easy. We drove in from 3+ hours away and they took such good care of us. Art, Gio, and Larry even went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed beyond measure. We love the bike and feel 100% satisfied and stoked that he chose this dealership. Highly highly recommend. They also threw in a bunch of free swag! Thanks guys!!!!

My new hat PI hat from the new GM of Proitalia, Larry Garcia. Great guy and Great service team. They were able to accommodate my request for service a day before. Well recommended Ducati service team.

    Panigale V4S

I have purchased, serviced and accessorized 2 bikes from these guys in the last year (Panigale 1199 Superleggera & a 2024 Panigale V4S) and could not be happier with the service and experience offered from the entire team. The GM Larry is a class act, he is always a pleasure to speak with and ensures this dealership operates like clockwork, the sales team comprising of Art & Ish are as good as it gets being extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in any way shape or form. Ruben is great at accommodating all my service needs & always takes the time to address all of my specific requests, Christian in parts has been a pleasure to deal with as he knows the brand and parts catalog inside out and has always been able to point me in the right direction and tell me what is or is not needed relative to my wants, goals and riding style. Pro Italia really are the best of the best and all the staff are avid riders who are as passionate about motorcycles as we are. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, thank you to the entire team for always getting me sorted. MarK :)

I love Ducati motorcycles and once you purchase one the dealership either solidifies the relationship with the brand or makes you regret your purchase Pro Italia parts, service, sales, and finance department are all on point. Honestly Ducati bikes and Pro Italia made me very happy until I had to deal with Ducati Ever Red. Pro Italia picked up the ball where Ducati Ever Red dropped it. My take away buy your Ducatis from Pro Italia and only deal with McGraw they're awesome!

This is a professional shop that does a seriously good job. I wanted a Tamburini era Ducati, and I bought this collector grade 916 from them and broke everyone's heart lol ‍ everyone falls in love with this bike everywhere I go. I knew it was a daunting task to find an older bike like this that didn't need a complete rebuild, that's why I wanted a reputable dealer to buy from and handle the registration. I took it to a local Ducati shop closer to me and they did the timing belts, all fluid flush and refresh, plugs, compression test, full detail inspection, minor upgrades, tires, new chain and guides. Anyhow, they were gushing about the bike and the condition with all upgraded fuel line connectors etc. and that the bike was "new inside" and really well cared for. This speaks volumes about ProItalia, because they cared for this bike almost the whole life from new. They supplied all original parts, nearly new OEM wheels along with unobtainium cast marchesini mags, shop manual, owners manual, two keys, and all service records. Just a dream come true for a collector like me. I would not hesitate to purchase another bike from them, and who knows, I have a couple slots open still in the barn lol.. cheers guys!

Over the years, I have purchased multiple motorcycles from this dealership, including my most recent 2025 Road Glide CVO ST, and I have always appreciated the efforts of the sales, finance, service, parts, and apparel teams. They have earned my loyalty through their hard work and dedication. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been overshadowed by repeated interactions with Daniel, who represents dealership leadership and management. Rather than feeling valued as a long-time, repeat customer, I have experienced what I believe to be a pattern of unnecessary personal criticism, confrontational behavior, and accusations that left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. One of the most disappointing accusations was that I was somehow interfering with motorcycle sales. Nothing could be further from the truth. The group of riders I regularly ride with and bring to the dealership on Saturdays has always encouraged fellow riders to purchase motorcycles, accessories, and services from Glendale Harley-Davidson. We celebrate new purchases and have proudly supported the dealership for years. To be accused of harming the dealership after investing so much into it was both surprising and disheartening. Customer service begins with leadership. A dealership's culture is shaped from the top down, and when leadership demonstrates a lack of professionalism, respect, and appreciation for loyal customers, it inevitably affects the overall experience. No customer should feel intimidated, personally attacked, or disrespected while visiting a dealership they have faithfully supported. Despite these experiences, I want to emphasize that this review is not a reflection of the employees. The staff continues to do an outstanding job despite the circumstances, and many of them have become friends over the years. They deserve recognition for their commitment to customers and for representing the Harley-Davidson brand with integrity. I have invested a significant amount of time, money, and loyalty into Harley-Davidson of Glendale because I genuinely wanted to support the dealership and the Harley-Davidson community. It is disappointing that the conduct of one member of dealership leadership has caused me to question whether I want to continue doing business there. My hope is that this feedback is taken seriously--not to damage the dealership, but to encourage meaningful change. Harley-Davidson has built its reputation on freedom, community, loyalty, and mutual respect. I sincerely hope the dealership's leadership embraces those same values by treating both employees and customers with the professionalism, dignity, and respect they deserve.

STAY AWAY -- Worst Experience Ever (Ask for Anyone But Brian)…read moreRating: 1/5 stars If you are considering buying a car or managing a warranty at BMW of Burbank, do yourself a favor and avoid Brian like the plague. Calling him a salesman is a stretch--he is nothing more than a glorified paperwork pusher with zero customer service skills and zero integrity. Here is a summary of my nightmare experience with him: * Shady Sales Tactics: When I bought my vehicle on a 0% APR deal, Brian rushed me through the paperwork as fast as humanly possible because he was not making a fat commission on the financing. He even flat-out refused to let me add accessories at closing just so he could hurry and finalize the deal. * Disrespectful & Dismissive: Fast forward three years: the dealership specifically reached out to me about renewing my extended warranty. When I spoke with Brian, he could not even bother to address me properly or treat me with basic professional respect. * Refusing to Honor Coverage & Making Excuses: Out of nowhere, he claimed the dealership would not honor the extended warranty--and then tried to gaslight me by claiming he "recalled telling me this 3 years ago." Why reach out to a customer to renew a warranty if you are going to refuse to honor it and act completely dismissive? Brian represents the absolute worst of the classic car-dealership stereotype. Save yourself the headache, the disrespect, and the terrible service. Take your business to a dealership that actually values its customers, and stay far away from Brian.
