Beware of this company. I called today to ask if they could program an electronic key for my Nissan, and was told that it would be no problem and would be $90. I drove for 30 minutes to their shop (which is actually just a small kiosk in a parking lot). Shawn (who I had talked to on the phone) was not there, nor was anyone else. I called, and was told he would be back from lunch in 15 minutes. I waited, and it took him 30 minutes to show up. It immediately became apparent that he did not know how to program my keys, even though I had told him the exact year and model on the phone. He started searching for information on his cell phone, and then tried a couple of programming methods which did not work. He also called someone on his phone and I heard him asking if they knew how to program the key for my car. Then he told me that the programming was "in process" and would take another 20 minutes. He said he had to go to the bathroom, and told me to wait in my car. When he came back, no programming had been done. He played around some more, and finally said that he could not do it for $90, but would have to "reprogram the whole system" for $200, which was more than the dealer would charge me to program the keys. And I have since found out that he was just making this up, and that kind of "reprogrammming" is not possible. Overall I wasted a couple of hours of my time and got nothing for it. read more

He was very nice and knowledgable he said they were really busy but would be there at a certain time and yes , he arrived exactly at the time they said they would and within 5 minutes we were inside our home. Today, on labor day I forgot my car keys inside my car and I felt desperate thinking that no one is working today, and when I called Sean answer and told me that he will be there in 10 minutes! And he did arrive quickly and rescued me by opening my car door, he is very nice and kind, he even gave me the $10 off yelp promotion and this was a emergency call on a holiday!
