I was locked out of the Trunk of my Car at 8pm at night today (Thursday) and I called Pro Key Locksmith based on all their Yelp reviews....I explained what had happened to the man on the phone. He called for availability of his Locksmith to come to my house. He called back within 5 minutes and told me someone could be there within 15-20 minutes. He asked me if I had checked for a release inside of the Car OR in my case since my Car is a 2004-if I checked for a button inside of the Glove Box. He stayed on the line with me as I checked in the Glove Box and sure enough the Trunk opened right up and there were the keys. I asked his name and he said Shawn. I thanked him over and over for his "honesty" in telling me this info. He could have sent someone out and charged me a fee that maybe might have shocked me for 24 hour service or to make a New Key etc....but instead he told me what to do and was so very nice about it and wished me a Happy New Year....Wow, Do people and Companies still exist like this.....Amazing.
