Some of the worst customer service I have experienced and it was just over the phone. I couldn't imagine what it would be like in person. I would not go here.

They said it was my alternator, so I replaced it. Continued to have issues. They then said it was my generator, so I replaced it. Continued to have issues. Happened to be on army duty soon after and during a stop at Walmart in Tomah,WI, their mechanic informed me that I simply had a bad battery. With waining trust in mechanics, I replaced it. Wouldn't ya know, I had no trouble after that! So after several visits and two UNNECESSARY repair$, it just took a simple battery test. The repair was completed, and I left assuming everything was taken care of. The next day my tire pressure light came on. I figured it probably just needed to be reset after the service. By Monday morning, the tire was completely flat. I called the store expecting them to take responsibility and help resolve the issue, especially since the tire was under warranty and they had just serviced it. Instead, I was told I would need to tow the vehicle back in. I explained that I didn't think I should have to pay for a tow when the problem appeared to be related to the work they had just done. Rather than working toward a solution, the manager, Jonathan, became combative and argumentative. The tone was defensive and dismissive, not helpful. When I asked for the name of his manager or someone I could escalate the issue to, he refused to provide it and acted like there was no one above him. I ended up having to call the main customer service line myself to try to get this resolved. I did not create this issue. The tire was covered under warranty, I brought it in for repair, and shortly after the service the tire was completely flat. A reasonable response would have been an apology, arranging a tow, and correcting the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance and poor customer service. Really frustrating experience, and not what you want when dealing with something that directly affects vehicle safety.
