I was in desperate need of a pedicure before a wedding this weekend, and my mother in law suggested we go to Le's, where she has always had a pleasant experience. When we walked in, we were told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. We had an errand to run nearby, and when we told them we would run there and come back they changed and said it would be closer to 45 minutes. We said that was fine, ran our errand, and came right back. We were sat in the pedicure chairs when we arrived, and were offered bottled waters. The sweet man taking care of us also helped us adjust the seats, turn on the massage function, adjusted the water temp, etc etc. What was absolutely bizarre to me, was that this same kind man took care of me and my mother in law. He did her entire pedicure, start to finish, then left her to dry and then did mine. It was just so unnecessarily time consuming. He did do a wonderful job, and was very attentive. He added fresh hot water when he started my pedicure, since it had become cold while waiting. If I came solo and was seen just by this man it would be a 5/5 review- but the long wait time and inefficient system of who was taking care of my mother in law and I soured the experience. read more

Went to Le Salon for a pedicure. I ended up getting a mani/pedi because they had the time. Manicure was way better than the pedicure. My toe nails were cut way too short. Heavily rounded nails too. They don't look good. Polish was very thick & sloppy. Thankfully my nails will grow out in a couple weeks. For the price, I will not return. read more

I have been going there for mani/pedis with my wife for several years. The staff are friendly - there is a language barrier with a couple of the staff members, but being patient and friendly does wonders. My 3 girls love to go there to get their nails and all of them had birthday parties there when they were younger. They have taken care of us for years and I have been other places on vacations with my wife- but it has always felt good to go back where you are known and respected. read more

Do not choose this nail salon. First, the were sharing tools. The technician next to me kept reaching into the tray being used for me for tools. This is a big no! I watched like a hawk to make sure the tools used for me were not double dipped. The technician was very rough and now my finger is infected so maybe I wasn't as vigilant as I thought I was. They did not have the color choice I wanted (chrome metallic) and did not even know what it was. The job done was not to my standards. Will not go back. read more

If you want want your Shellac to start peeling within less than 2 days of getting it done, then this is definitely the place for you. If I could give this place no stars, I would in a heartbeat. I recently moved to the area & was looking for a new nail salon close to home. After reading the previous reviews, I still decided to give this place a try one day while riding by in need of a mani/ pedi for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. I wish I had just kept driving. This place has no kind of ambiance or atmosphere whatsoever. There was barely any music playing, if any was playing at all. There was not a single tv. The decor was blah. And if that's the case, you'd think these ladies would compensate with their customer service...NOT! I was greeted promptly by a friendly lady when I first came in, however, it all quickly went downhill from there. I had Shellac on already. Instead of having me soak the Shellac off, which is the proper way to remove it, she tried to take a drill to my real nails. I told her there would be no drill used on my nails whatsoever. Instead of respecting my wishes, she kept trying to talk me into it & repeatedly attempted to use the drill. I had to tell her no multiple times. I've worn Shellac for years & never once have I had it removed with a drill. This was not my 1st rodeo, so I am definitely not naive enough to fall for her explanation that a drill was needed to remove Shellac from my natural nails. After my repeat refusals, she finally wrapped my nails with acetone I foil to remove the Shellac. Now on to the pedicure, done by a different tech. When I tell you this lady CLEARLY did not want to be at work, I mean it. She dragged along, had an extremely nonchalant, uncaring demeanor, & didn't even say hi before she sat down & started working on my feet. In fact, I don't recall her saying anything at all & just looking down. When she got her tools, I politely asked if they used new utensils from an unopened package (which is necessary for the sake of cleanliness). Ofcourse, she acted as if she didn't understand me nor did she try to. Another tech who was sitting within earshot answered for her by saying that they "sterilize" their tools. I told her that I didn't see any tools cleaned or sterilized in my presence. She spoke to my tech in their language. Then my tech started "cleaning" the tools with acetone (as if I were too dumb to see that it was clearly acetone, which is not suitable for cleaning but for removing polish). My tech still had not said anything to me nor had anyone directly answered my question. So, I asked again & was ignored at 1st. But I refused to be ignored when my health was at risk. When they saw I wasn't going to let the issue go, my tech (who still had not said 1 word), abruptly got up & another tech took over my pedicure. She came with utensils that had supposedly been sterilized (still not in my presence & not new out of the package). She didn't say a word. Another tech had been on her cell the entire time & decided to chime in & say that I could buy utensils from them & bring them in whenever I came for a service. I thought that was absolutely absurd. I immediately asked what was going on & why my tech had gotten up. She said that the other tech had an appointment to tend to. I did not appreciate the silent treatment then abrupt change in techs without a word, all just for asking a simple question. Nor did I appreciate being asked to buy utensils. They had already rubbed me the wrong way. However, at that point I decided to stick it out. I looked at the menu of services & saw that a pedi was $25 & a Gel mani was $35. There was another customer in there who was noticeably upset because they decided to take her as a walk in while making a woman with an appointment wait an hour. The walk in clearly objected to being seen before someone else with an appointment. She said several times that it was unfair for her to be waited on ahead of someone with an appointment , however they ignored her repeatedly. Near the end of my mani, the tech excused herself saying she had to call her husband. When it came time to pay, the tech was back on her phone & charged me $61. I asked how much the services were, she said $26 for the pedi & $35 for the mani. I knew what the menu said, but my service had been so terrible that the $1 she overcharged would be her tip. So, I didn't fight it. To make matters worse, I got my nails done on Monday night & they didn't even last until Thanksgiving Day (Thursday). They started peeling 2 days later. This place is a disaster, & I'll never go back. read more

The services here are well priced and look great! They do powder gel as well as regular & they last a good 3 weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow. I usually trim mine at 2 wks and they still last and look good for another 8 to 10 days. The place is kept quiet, no tv, and has soft music in the background. All of the massage chairs work and the magazines are current. All in all a great place for a true Lunch Break! : ) read more

Finally!!!!! I found the place I'll be staying and the manicurist too. This salon is well decorated, comfortable, clean, and has a great selection of regular and gel polishes. Annie was absolutely fantastic. She is kind and gentle efficient and definitely cares about the work that she does. She did a great job with attention to the details. I love that I don't have to ask to have my nails painted all the way down to the cuticle or to put acrylic down to the cuticle. She just did whatever was needed to send me away with great nails! Prices there are great, too! And they're not too cheap to offer drying spray at the end after you dry either. :-) I'm adding on a pedicure next time! read more

I've gotta say, any nail salon that will file my nails free of charge must have an amazing rapport with their clients. I was eating next door and chipped a nail, I went to Le's after dinner and asked how much to file all of them evenly and they just sat me down and took care of it for me. Didn't ask any questions or upsell me... I think I will try them out for my next nail appt. (also, I didn't have any acrylic or dip on, so I don't think they assumed I was a previous customer) read more

I only went here once.....so I can't speak for the general care-but I will NEVER go back. Why? I would give this ZERO stars if I could. Usually I can find something good to say about a place.....this one I cannot. I do however have 5 bad things to say about the place: 1. Terrible ventilation-when you open the door, the fumes smack you in the face. 2. Terrible service. I don't think anyone in the place even smiled once and when I needed to pay, the other workers just stared at me and didn't do anything until the guy who was suppose to ring me up showed up. So unhelpful. 3. I would have settled for semi-comfortable, but instead got painful. The guy working on me scraped so hard with the dead skin scraper, that he cut me and it got infected. The clearly don't sanitize their instruments as you could tell by him just pulling it out of a drawer and sticking it right back when he finished with me. And it was also very uncomfortable, border line painful when he was cleaning up my cuticles. 4. Paint job was terrible. I got nothing fancy, just the basic pedicure, and it was sloppy. 5. The massage and scrub that come with the basic, were super lame. Do not go here. read more

Would not come back. They are really nice and polite but try to get you to choose the most expensive pedicure. The classic pedicure is nice, the massage is good enough, but the actual pedicure is terrible. They cut my toenails and barely filed them. And they painted on my skin. I thought it was a joke and he would actually remove the paint on my skin, but he didn't. Also, he left several times during my pedicure to assist other people. My sister had a pedicure and I had a manicure and we both had an excellent experience. The environment was pleasant and everything was clean. I am a nurse and I have become very vigilant about cleanliness after I contracted a nail infection at a spa. I had a very good experience at Le's Nails. I had a manicure and pedicure and both were done very well. They were done by 2 different men who both took their time and did a great job. My only complaint or concern is that they do not use a new set of wrapped, sterilized tools. They were pulled from a drawer and doused with a solution. I had a terrible experience here a little over a week ago. I got a manicure and pedicure and paid way too much for the service provided. The manicurist pulled roughly at the cuticles so that they looked torn and thoroughly jagged. In fact, during the manicure, he cut my finger to where I bled. On top of that, the french tips were shoddy at best. The white paint was uneven and after two days, started turning pink. They chipped that very same day after drying for more than fifteen minutes because the manicurist neglected to tell me when to leave and didn't even bother coming back after placing me under the dryer. I will not be going back here and was extremely disappointed in the work done. read more

I normally go to Jennifer's Nails in East,Nashville (123 Ewing Dr) and receive IMPECCABLE work for a NEW SET, GEL & PEDICURE and only pay $75 ! ( I definitely recommend Jennifer's nails over this place! If you want amazing work and don't want to be overcharged and receive horrible work, take my word for it and pay them a visit) i am the type of person that doesn't mind paying for the nicer things, but if you are going to over charge people, at least make sure you have the work to match the prices! Everyone has been nice the few times we've been here. They have given me the best pedicure that I have received around Hendersonville.

Will not go back. The woman who did my pedicure never spoke to me. The man who did my manicure was on his phone several times--once going into the back leaving me for about 20 minutes. The end result is very sloppy and the polish feels soft--not like my usual gel finish. The instruments were on a tray--never saw them open a bag so I am not sure how sanitized they were. read more
