My grandma had an appointment at 2 PM and we waited almost an hour for them to get started. Multiple people walked in after us and got seated and serviced before she did. Once they got started, she walked away again to finish a service on someone else. This is an ongoing issue here that i've noticed. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive a rushed pedicure... no minerals in the water because she forgot to add them in the beginning. Little to no cuticle remover and minimum cuticle removal. Horrible shaping and quick lil buff job.... Terrible customer service. Rude staff. They rush you out and don't clean the tubs in between customers. Pedicurist failed to acknowledge or talk to me the whole pedicure and did as she pleased. Asked inappropriate and racially charged questions. Manicurist was nice but extremely rough and lacked skill. A beginner could form better acrylic beads. Full set came out terrible and chunky. I just went into this place to get my nails removed. While soaking the man I believe was names Cuong began doing someone else's toes. He then came back to me with the same gloves and began scraping off my nails (I didn't say anything because I was too intimidated). He then goes back to do her toes while my fingers soaked again and he comes back AGAIN with unwashed hands. I've been going here for two years. I always made my appointments with Tina so I never had to deal with anyone else. Tina is amazing. However I took my sister to get her fill and the nail polish was done very roughly by some one else so I kindly asked if they can fix it. I genuinely was so confused. The owner went and grabbed acetone and roughly removed it off my little sisters hand. He yelled at us to never come again. I have never felt so disrespected. I kindly asked him what's wrong I just wanted someone to fix the nail polish. And he yelled "NO, both of you not allowed to come again!!" It was such an odd experience. I will most definitely not be going back again. He physically abused my little sister by grabbing her hand and slamming it and verbally abused us both. This place is nice quiet and clean. The prices are also reasonable compared to another place I tried first in the area. I paid $20 for a gel manicure, $15 for a pedicure, $7 for eyebrows and $1 fee to use my debit card. So, $43 in total. They seem to really care about making you happy. I gave them 3 stars because it took FOREVER just for them to do an ok job. Don't get me wrong I love a shop that takes their time but I expect great results if I've been in the shop almost 2hrs for a mani and pedi. My pedi paint job was a little sloppy and the person that did my mani had me put my hand in and out the gel machine a million times! She would paint 2 nails and put my hand in the machine and repeat repeat. That part was horrible! I couldn't even relax and enjoy the experience. So, would I come back? Maybe. Don't go here! Very rude business owner on top of not knowing how to do nails. I always go to Tully's nails which is done the road but I completely spaced and didn't make an appointment. It was too busy so that led me here. Don't let their current reviews trick you! I'll explain my experience and what you can expect. The place smells (not like a nail salon) but a bit like wet dog. They don't have AC even though it's over 100 degrees. The man who did my nails was sweating profusely. He had to stop and wipe the sweat from his face multiple times and never washed his hands or wore gloves. VERY unsanitary! I brought a picture which he barely looked at. I bring a picture because its easy to agree on and no issue in explaining. He said I had to choose my color and glitter overlay than he wouldn't go off the picture. What's the point of bringing a picture in? He couldn't get colors that matched and his work was sloppy with very uneven nails. My nails look like they come out of the 80's which might have been the last time they updated their shop and talent. DO NOT go here if you want anything "trendy" like accent nails, powder ombré, coffin, jewels, etc. they don't know how! Go to Tully's nails !! Save yourself ! read more

The biggest downfall is the Do Not sterilize the pedicure clippers, they Do Not use a new small nail file, and they Do Not use a new small pumice to scrub my feet; I had to had to use a new one. The pumice she wanted to use on me was so wasted already. All the bacteria that would have been scrubbing against my feet... . The girl might have been surprised I was asking for new pumice to be used, other places use a new mini pumice which is sanitary aside from sterilizing their pedicure clippers. Well, I've been going to this nail salon for the last three years. On July 5 I walked into the nail salon to get a pedicure with my sister and my daughter, but they were too busy and told me they wouldn't have enough time to fit me in and that I'd need to come back tomorrow, Saturday. I say ok no worries, I leave and about an hour later we make an appointment for 1230 on Saturday. So today I arrive at my appointment at 12:30, I walk inside and the front desk man just looks at me and tells me "no no time for you my friend" and I tell him that I made an appointment for 1230. He then continues to say "no no I don't have no time for you my friend sorry no my friend I can do your nails". So, I'm looking around confused as to why he doesn't just look at his books to see that I made this appointment. I tell him look at your books, he walks over glances at them, turns around & says "no I do anyone else here but I won't do your nails". Excuse me? I was hoping I was inaccurately interpreting. But once I said sir again he yelled at me saying no he's sorry "no nails today, no sorry my friend" as he turns around and walks away. Liked my nails, and loved my pedicure. my nails look great-done by Helen. I didn't catch the girls name that did my pedicure but (she has medium short black hair and petite size) she was awesome. They have their regular fees plus they charge $5 for manicure cuticle removal & $1 for credit card services. I paid a total of $46 plus tip. It was my first time here. Con: I didn't like the fact that cuticle removal is not included in price of acrylic nails, bummer!! Also no lotion massage when your done with your hands.. i love those!!
