Tried to do a walk-in to have my nails done. I was told to take a seat. Another client came in and started talking to one of the technicians Ana when her client was done she sat at her table like I wasn't waiting. WTH!!! I had been sitting waiting for 20 minutes. No customer service. There were also acrylic on the floor that came off someone's nails. No wipe down before the new customer sat down. Clients aren't asked to wash hands when they come in. COVID is still real and the flu is running rampant!!!! Never going back. Wish I read Yelp before I went. No customer service at all! read more

I've visited this salon twice. My first experience wasn't too bad because it was empty and I was seen right away. I received a pedicure and full set. The second fine I went, it was a bit of a wait. About 30 minutes. I realized that the customer service was poor. No greeting when I walked in. No inquiry about what I wanted. I disregarded the poor customer service and waited and proceeded to get a pedicure. The first tine I went, the whole service was better. Quality of work and everything. I did have a different technician the second time. Maybe she just isn't as good. read more

Hands down, pro nails is the best nail shop I've ever been too. Just a few of the sets my girl V did, all freestyle, I never had to ask for a design. i went to this shop for the first time first they told me wait while they had customers i waited for 2 hours and then they told me come back 2 hours late i said ok . the nails where nice looked good they lasted long . too long . i went back 3 weeks later to try get them removed . and she had an attitude . just being rude . i said let me just get the clipper ill literally do it myself . i tried to tell her my nail was messed up when i seen it it was lifting up when she did it for me . anyways this is what happened to those 2 nails that she fucked up . i will not be going back to this place they rude as fuck. and couldnt even acknowledge that that shit happened cause the way she did my nails . read more

Decided to try a new place for a pedicure and sadly chose PRO Nails. First of all it doesn't look very clean in here so I should have immediately walked out. Their color selection is TERRIBLE and there is no type of order to it. She cut my big toe and tried to cover it up.....but I noticed and it stung for the rest of the time. She was in an extreme rush and pretty mean. No mini leg massage with the lotion like most places give. Honestly she rushed through the whole entire thing and it was probably the WORST pedicure I've ever gotten in the past decade. Steer clear of this place. They asked me if I wanted to get my fill done there, NO THANK YOU. Even though fills are only $13 I'd rather pay more for better products and service. read more

I wish i could give this shop 0 stars. This place literally has the worst customer service ever. I went in there to get a fill in because I was in the area. I have been there a few times before and never experienced service like this. A lady name Vee did my nails. I asked for ombré. So she used the powder to start, she made the powder super thick on my nails and before she even started I told her I wanted it to be thin. She replied okay I got you girl. So as I looked at the nails I said it's still thick, I didn't want it like this normally when I get a fill in, the acrylic or powder is thin. She says well if you get a fill in it's gonna be thick you need to pay for a full set for it to be thin. So I said I'm not paying for a full set when I asked you before hand to make it thin and you said okay, if you could not do it then you should've said so. She said "well what do you want me to do if you don't like it you can go somewhere else and let them fix it, you are to bouji girl, I'm ghetto". So at this point I am offended by what Vee said, so I went to the manager to explain what my issue was and asked her could she fix my nails instead. The manager then says "she said she can fix it if you pay to get a full set, if you don't like her work then go to another shop and let them fix it for you." After the manager didn't help me and was rude to me, I knew at this point they did not deserve my business and I will never ever go back to this nail shop. I went to another nail shop not too far from them and told the nail tech what happened. She said that Vee work was sloppy and she made the powder too thick. She even said that how they treated me was bad customer service especially the manager. Anyways, she was able to fix my nails just like I wanted them, no issues at all read more

Just curious how your hours say 10-7 however it's 1:42 with your "OPEN" sign on yet no one is here and hasn't been here all morning. A sign would be nice to know you're not available or won't be in today. The place was clean...Out dated...but clean. My issue was their waxing station. They wax you right in front of everyone. I have never been to a place that didn't have a seprate room for that. As well, the wax they use is awful...It left big white whelps all over my face. I have never had this kind of reaction to wax. It looks like I am broke out and I know I am not. It is completely un attractive. I had my eye brows waxed on Saturday and my face is still broken out and red...and no I did not have them put any of that lotion or alcohol on my face...ugh. read more

After patronizing this place for YEARS enough is enough. I got a pedicure, due to the convenience, against my better judgment. I thought the woman doing the pedicures did an OK job but once she painted my toes I noticed 1. She didnt do a great job filing & 2.The paint job was awful! I shouldn't have to change my color because the tech doesn't know what they're doing. I asked my usual nail tech to repaint my toes since she had no one waiting & she basically told me no & insisted that the initial woman repaint them. The tech lied & said they were cute because she was too lazy to just repaint them ( the same color). I go to the owner & ask, very nicely might I add, if she can repaint them & she said thats not her job. Who's job is it then when u have a paying customer that's not satisfied with service?!? I tell her I shouldn't have to pay for a pedicure in one business then go to another to get my toes painted. She repainted them with an attitude & I WILL NEVER return to this establishment. read more

So I went to get my nails done the other day. I got to Pro Nails on Brooke i get there and it's 6 o'clock and they close at 7:30, so I have been waiting a while and the manager goes she can take you over there now mind you the whole time I was waiting till I had gotten to her chair she had been giving me rude and ugly looks and rolling her eyes at me . So I sit down I'm like hi how are you , she doesn't say anything . I then proceed to tell her that I want the pointed shape nails with mood change nail polish so she looks at me like she doesn't know what I'm talking about then proceeds to say ok. Then she goes to put the acrylic on she then tells me that she thinks that my nails would look better with the new black light glow gel powder type polish on and I was like ok yeah that's fine I'll try something new, so after some of the acrylic was on from earlier before it could dry goes and wipes it off then put that polish on with no acrylic, I was like um ok???‍‍ so after all that she puts my hand under the lamp then my cuticles started burning and it hurt so bad I was almost in tears .so I looked at her and said like hey um why do my cuticles feel like they're burning? Her response rudely was like you'll be fine it's nothing . Like um ...k??? So at this point I'm just ready to leave so not even 15 mins after that she rushes threw the rest of the steps that by the time she was done my nails loookeeedddd awwwfuuulll and I mean slanted crooked and everything but yet they can do eyebrows????? So today I got to a different nail salon and I look at them after I sat down and said they looked at me and then looked at my nails and I was like I need your help to get these poorly poorly nails gone , the poor mans AND wife spent HALF AN HOUR when it should of taken only TEN mins MAX. I was almost in tears because of feeling embarrassed and sorry to have asked and put them threw what they had to do to get these horrible nails off. Long story short I STRRRROOOONGGGGGGLLLYYYYYY recommend NO ONE try pro nails on brooke. WORST experience of my life . Will not be going back read more
