I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. Moving forward, I really hope this issue can be rectified.

A lot of times when you go to the nail salon there is not much conversation between you and your tech but I can't wait to go and speak with john again. My price was fair and they even offer a discount to those who paid in cash. They do ask that tips for your service be paid in cash. Overall this was a great place.
