Neglected to check that. He then said he would tell my car to his friends shop. It ended up at auto Masters. They said it needed to be plugged in and the battery needed some charging. It took 2 to 3 days for me to locate where my car even was. I had not given AutoMASTER's permission to do anything, yet wanted to charge me nearly $200 just for plugging in the battery and giving it some power. I explain the situation and the store owner, a female told me that she could "make my car hers" If I didn't pay her bill demands. My family ended up having to pay the bill because it was so ridiculous and I could not afford such a high bill and was going to have to go to AAA for reimbursement. Even after the bill was paid, auto masters tried to take me to court. The whole thing is so ridiculous and stupid. Do not trust this auto shop. Beware, they are scammers and they Seem to think that any cars on their lot could "potentially be theirs" Go elsewhere!!

They clipped the piece of molding back on for me, and didn't charge me. Since I had been here before, I also asked them to do another oil change. When I picked up the car from the oil change, there was a problem. The oil pressure light, and the check engine light were on. The oil level was good, so I took the car home, and then the following morning, I took the car into a separate shop for a second opinion on what was wrong When they ran the check engine light, it said that the oil pressure sensor was stuck. Apparently what had happened, was during the oil change, a prong from the oil filter had broken loose,, and it was blocking the oil pressure sensor. I went back to Firestone and spoke to the manager. I'm sorry I didn't write down his name He called over to the second shop where my car was, and the mechanic at the second shop explained in detail what had happened. Based on the situation and the explanation, the manager. At Firestone agreed to cover the cost of Getting my car fixed. The sensor situation was fixed with no out-of-pocket cost to myself. As I mentioned, I had been here for oil changes, quite a few times before, and nothing had ever happened. I get it, unfortunately, sometimes things happen. It's not that something happened, it's how the shop handled the situation. They absolutely took care of it to my satisfaction, I got my car fixed, and I would still bring it in for an oil change again. Thank you for taking care of me.

I am aware Renner has an air/water station however it does not have a pressure gauge on it. Air pressure is a safety issue when riding a motorcycle which I was. After gas i pulled in front of the bay doors and saw the mechanic looking at me. I asked if I could get a squirt of air. He told me to go ask the person in the officeand he walked away. I walked into the office and spoke to a woman who acting as if I was bothering her. She referred me to Renner's air pump. Both people at this business are extremely rude and can't be bothered. The next day I find out my credit had been ran seven times, and again by gm, who had already offered me a loan... so I made an appt. went in two days later in person i said, "look I'm a year out of a 3 year bankruptcy, and I've worked tirelessly to get my credit score back over 700. I have a letter here from GM. I've been approved for 36k or less so rather than shop around for a loan I'd rather take this offer while you have a few cars that fit the bill." I was told by my salesman who was green AF, that's not how it works here, the finance guy makes all those decisions. I was told I could not speak to him at all. I feel like I should have walked right then, but they had the exact car I was looking for so, i said lets look at what you can do. I filled out some forms, which was odd, because they had already run my credit 7 times, but i assumed they knew what they were doing. they ran my credit to 6 loan companies and gm... again...all dinging off on my phone as it was happening. As I'm literally showing the sales rep saying wtf you guys just dinged my credit 14 times in three days when I already came with loan approval from gm in hand? this was not a prequal letter, it was a loan approval. I later brought this up to the finance guy who I was not allowed to speak with for an hour and he comes out and says "we'll we got you approved with GM" he said "Don't worry your score will drop like a rock but anyone important will know you were shopping for a car" - ok d.b. we'll my score went from 730 to 598 in 1 week because I have too many credit enquiries, and I came prepared to not have this happen. You guys need to listen to your customers, as you work for us remember? meanwhile the car wasn't detailed and there are quite a few spots with window sticker type sticky that needs to be professionally cleaned and buffed off. So they said, come by on Sat. So I did... But it turns out the detail guy wasn't in, and wasn't going to be. so I've been told now they will detail my car, and buff that sht out when the new plates come in, whenever that is. So I have a brand new car that desperately needs a wash and detail, and they owe me one... Judging by the reviews Im not sure if i should even let you guys service my vehicle which is free under the warranty I paid extra for... I'm the greatest customer ever, easy going, come with all the resources to get the job going, I don't ask much, I'm never rude, and I just want to be treated fairly.. Despite being very busy that morning, they generously invited us to bring the car in to inspect it. Regina was extremely friendly and helpful. She did a test drive and reassured us that we could drive home safely and in the next day or two have our brake pads replaced with our local mechanic. She refused to accept any payment for her time and expertise. If we had a mechanic like that in our town, we would be bringing our cars to them of a regular basis!

I waited for 2 hours after the 1 hour eta window, for total waiting time of 5 hours. The next day I tried again, and again, the same thing happened. On the next day, the driver told me to tell him when I was ready, which I did, of which he said it was too late. The next day he said the same, but another tow company towed it because it was on the street in non-working status. I did know this was coming, not the exact day/time, which is why I requested the service on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday......until the city towed it on Thursday between 3:30 - 5:00 pm, the only time during the entire week, I left my house. The cost for that towing is $440 plus $100 city fee. Of which I don't have. Now, the clock is ticking $50/day. Next week, when I'm paid, the bill will be $350 more. Total expected bill - $890, that is my water bill, energy bill, food bill, trash bill... ALL BECAUSE THIS BUSINESS RESPONDED TO THE TOW REQUEST AND DIDN'T SHOW! They shouldn't have taken the request, if they couldn't provide the service. I'M ENRAGED. THEY SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. I would give them a negative point rating if I could. I had one of the police take my car off of the Jack and got out of there as fast as humanly possible! A few blocks down the road- wouldn't ya know.. he had opened my car's hood, and now it had come unlatched and flew up and broke my windshield.. a $1400 fix on a heated windshield with an eyesight system. No one spoke to us or updated us until about 3.5 hours in. Took them 30+ min to patch. Emergencies happen and we were not going to chance a road trip 6 hours home with a nail in the tire, but 4+ hours is crazy. After all that, and they can't even patch it.
