I've used Yelped throughout the years... never made a review or comment... but today is the day... even after weeks from getting work done at Dent Way PDR from a hectic schedule... Thank you Dent Way PDR. AMAZING CRAFT/ART/WORK/PASSION!!! LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE 100% ORIGINAL. LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED!!! REMOVED THE DENTS AND SCRATCHES LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED!!! SUPER DENTED ON THE BODY LINE... REALLY DEEP... PARKING LOT DING... IN ONE BIG LINE DOWN THE DRIVER SIDE... ON THE UPPER BODY LINE, ALL THE WAY DOWN... So I bought my wife an new X1 BMW 2017 M-sport... few days later... she comes home.... tells me there's a dent in the car and is scratched up... from the parking lot... and someone didn't leave their number or a note... my heart drops... I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sad... when i saw it in person... I yell out @#$@#$@#%@#$@#$... I was just in sadness... do people not care? just recklessly open a door and smash it on someone's door? this is no small ding... this is a serious ding... on the body lines... there was plenty of force when someone opened their door... then I youtubed how to fix dents, etc... and reviews on tools, etc... even saw a video on how those with luxury cars/super cars park away from the norm and find a spot where no cars are around in the parking lot... and to park beside other luxury cars... searching online and going to our dealership to have the dent fixed without changing the paint... they said the dent was too big... none of them said it was possible to make it look 100% like nothing happened... I asked for quotes to the dent fixed with paintless dent removal... looked and went to those with positive reviews online... I went to them in person with my wife's car and they all said they couldn't get 100% of the dents gone... that the dent was on a body line and there was no access to it... or it was hard or it wouldn't be 100% and you would still be able to see the dent on the body line there... they said body work would get 100% of it... body work quote was just out of the ball park.. in the around 2k... so I even decided to try to pick up and learn how to do PDR.... I was thinking of getting all the tools, etc and learning how to do it... even asked the 5 star PDR person if they could train me... they said it takes years... it's a craft to master and it is not easy... so out of despair I decide to click on "Dent Way PDR". They have very few reviews, but noticed 5 star review. I called every 5 star review for PDR. One on the phone was honest when I sent pictures and said they couldn't do it 100%. so I decided to go to Dent Way PDR in person. What they said they would do and the price was competitive... lot cheaper then getting body work and is original paint... and no car-fax... you get body work and go through car insurance... the value of the car drops... my vehicle was there from morning till late night... DW PDR said this would be a day job... they fixed the driver side door super parking lot ding and two other dings on the passenger side... that my wife got even after the super parking lot ding... CRAZYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!! so when I pick up my wife's car... took a look at our X1... and wow... like nothing happened... My wife and I are doctors... DW PDR are like surgeons, PDR doctors... amazing kind and down to earth service... super exceeded my expectations... what they do is not easy... I did my due diligence and research... DW PDR know the craft and taking it seriously with a passion and see it as an art... to restore the happiness of our X1 looking like nothing happened is just priceless... something that cannot be explained or be paid for... Purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue in December of 2016. Always take care of my vehicles and try not to park where someone will hit them or dent them as I have had two hit and runs in the past. Went to get in the car the other morning only to find out that on the passenger side, someone slammed there car door into the side of mine and left a large dent. The dent was right on the lower body line of the door right near the front edge. Needless to say I was not happy and let out a few expletives. Initially thought about just leaving it but then decided no way since the car is only five month's old. Found Rafael on the web after doing a search. His reviews were excellent so I decided to give him a call and see if he could help me out. He looked at the dent and stated he was 99% sure he could fix it. The price he quoted me was not inexpensive but I have my own business and I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I went ahead and decided to have him fix it. Brought the car in on Saturday. He told me it would take four (4) hours and he was right on the money. When I saw my car I couldn't believe it. He did an amazing job! If you didn't know where the care was hit, there is no way you could ever tell it was repaired. He does amazing work and takes great pride in what he does. Five stars! I took my practically new Cadillac Escalade to Rafal based on the previous Yelp reviews to remove three annoying dents . I drove from the South Suburbs and it was worth the trip! I had three dents that were small but two were on a top rail near the hood and one on the door panel that had a sharp crease in them. Upon arrival, Rafal took a look at the damage and quoted me be a better price than what he quoted on the pictures I sent him. He said to give him about an hour to an hour and a half for the repair. About an hour later he called me into the shop and said "if you can find where the dents were, they'll be no charge". I looked at my car and it was amazing. The dents were gone and he restored the sheet metal with ZERO trace of where the damage was. Rafal takes extreme pride in his work and it shows! He truly is a skilled professional at what he does and I would highly recommend him. There aren't too many people left in the service sector that take great pride in what they do but Rafal does. He's honest about whether he can do the job and the cost is very reasonable. And in my case even better than expected! He has a background in body work and uses that experience and knowledge to avoid causing more damage. I would highly recommend him! read more

Completely AMAZING. I was a little skeptical at first and was not expecting the results I got . I had three dings/ dents in my vehicle and needed them fixed immediately so I went on to Yelp to find a ding removal company with five stars and I came across Dent Way. I called and spoke to Rafal and he said to drop it off at 11. After evaluating my vehicle he gave me a call and went over in detail what needs to be done. He was honest and said creased dents are tougher to remove but it will look good. So he gave me a price and said it would be done by 6 if I decided to do it. I said go for it. I called him around 530 to tell him I was running a little late and he said that's fine and that he was finishing up the car now. When I got there the car was outside and I looked at it at every angel and was totally AMAZED. Rafal is a total craftsman. If I did not know any better I would of thought he repaired my car with new panels. If I had a Ferrari or Lamborghini I would have no hesitation to leave it with him to fix. 5 Stars all the way. Rafal did an amazing work in removing a deep dent from the front fender of my 2017 Honda CR-V. I decided to go with him based on the great Yelp reviews, as well as his honesty and the fact that he looked very knowledgeable. He advised me from the beginning of the difficulty of the operation, showed me his tools and thoroughly described the process he follows. What I liked the most was that he told me upfront that if during the repair process he felt he could not do the full removal he would stop and direct me to the body shop for the classic, more expensive dent fix (including repainting). Other dent removal places I checked also gave me no guarantees that the dent would be removed due to its depth and position, but they were still going to charge me for the work. I would give 100 stars if I can...simply put Rafal is the man you need if you have dents, period. My heart sunk over the weekend when I saw out of the blue 2 nasty dents on my new BMW. Never had dents before that bad that I had to fix. After a quick search, Rafal came to be the person I wanted to work on my car and no one else. And boy, did he deliver. I came to Dent Way PDR without an appointment to repair a nickel-sized dent on the trunk lid of a black 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. I called the number and the owner Rafael answered the phone and was very responsive. After inspection, Rafael found a few smaller dents on the trunk lid that I didn't even notice and offered to repair all of them for $200. I waited in the waiting room (with free Wi-Fi) and did some work on my laptop for 45 minutes and Rafael finished removing all the dents on the trunk lid. He challenged me to tell him where the dents originally were and, if I was right, he wouldn't charge me. Of course, I couldn't find any sign of the big dents or any of the smaller dents and the trunk lid and paint looked smooth as glass. Great work! Thank you. read more

Rafal is a magician. No other way to put it. My wife put a complex set of dents, and some big scrapes, in the rear door of our car during a parking mishap. Body shop quote was over $2200. I figured it was a long shot, but had Dentway take a look at it. For more than our deductible, but less than half the price of the body shop bill, he made the car look new and preserved the original paint. Fantastic work! Will have him look at a few other small dings on other cars that I thought were "impossible" to fix without body work, as he blew away my expectations. I had two pretty bad dings on my Honda Civic with a bit of red paint on one from the car door that presumably hit it, so I looked around for a place to try to fix it. The first place I visited insisted that they would have to drill some holes to try to fix the dings, but I was not really keen on the idea. So I visited Rafal, and he said it would be a hard fix, but he would do it without drilling any holes or going in the car. After about a two-hour wait, he drove the car out of the garage, and the work was PHENOMENAL. The car looked absolutely brand-new! I could tell that he really takes pride in his work and tries to only do the best job for his customers. I would highly recommend Rafal's business to anyone looking for dent repair. read more

Our brand new car suffered 7 dents on the hood, fender, and roof rail from ice falling off some tree branches after a recent snow/ice storm. I was a little hesitant when I first arrived at the auto strip mall where Rafal is located - it looks a little sketchy - but I decided to trust the reviews, and I'm glad I did. Rafal was able to take me in immediately, and 2 hours later, my car was as good as new. His work was flawless, and there is absolutely no evidence of any of the previous damage, even in a couple of spots in structural areas that are normally difficult to fix. Big thanks to Rafal of Dent Way PDR for doing a flawless job removing a dent from the front right fender (it was even on a body line) on my dad's 2017 Chevy Tahoe! The quote he got from the body shop was for about $400 and he would've lost his truck for about 3 days but Rafal came in clutch and after about 3 hours and a reasonable price estimate he straightened that dent out like it was never even there. I went to Dent Way because of all the great reviews and I'm happy that I did! My Ferrari F430 had two dings on the passenger side and three on the drives side. I'm attaching before and after pics for you see that both door panels, after repairs they are smooth as new. The dings were hardly noticeable but if you know they are there you cant stop looking at them. Raffael the owner took over six hours working on my car and even waited until 8pm for me to come and pick up the vehicle at the end of the day. Had Dent Way PDR work on a damaged fender for me from scraping the side of the garage. They were honest and up front about what they thought they could fix and what they thought wouldn't work. Did a great job of managing expectations. I worked at the nearby Starbucks while they worked on my car and when I was back I was shocked at how the car turned out - it was GREAT! With no appointment, Rafal met me at his garage and tempered my expectations with news that a golf ball hit my hood at a point supported by a steel brace-he might not have access underneath the dent and might only be able to make it partially better. Came back two hours later and it was like new!! He is a perfectionist. He told me he could see where the impact was but I could not see it-even under his bright shop light and even in bright sunlight.
