I try to be very disciplined in leaving 1-star reviews, but this business deserves it. I came in with a scratch that started at my driver-side door and ended on my passenger door. I was quoted and given an estimate by an employee. I called back to schedule a drop-off and a woman who called herself the owner was so difficult to speak with. Not only did she over-talk me, but she bad-mouthed her employees. She followed by saying her employee shouldn't have given me an estimate. I said, well why is the employee working there then? The owner replied, "Well she's new." To which I responded, "Well why was she left alone then?" I continued, "I have an estimate in the name of the company and I'd like to drop my car off and for the estimate to be honored." After going back and forth for 18 MINUTES, she finally agreed to "allow" me to drop my car off so that SHE could take a look. I got to the business, and the owner was even ruder in person. Then she said, well this quote is no good. Let's walk outside so I can give you a real estimate. Then she said, what [former employee] quoted you doesn't cover repair. So the scratch will still be there. After more back and forth arguing bc she wanted to double the price on me even though I was holding the work order in my hand showing her, I just left. My time and well-being are too important. I saw other negative comments about storage fees being 3x the industry standard - it's true ($110/day). I saw comments about the owner being unpleasant - it's beyond true. Avoid this place. It's not worth the price or the headache.

Not only from the body work but the extra touches. Joe and his staff do an incredible job. They have done collision work, rust work, cosmetic custom work, rebuild work to my vehicles. I advise Joel the problem and brought the car back. his mechanic checked it and said that the power steering pump was bad and needed to be replaced. also there was a sensor that needed to be replaced. he charged me $500 for the work. when I got the car back the power steering was still not working properly and he had the mechanic look at it again. this time he said there was a leak in the power steering fluid line that needed to be replaced. Joe tried to charge me an additional $500 for the work that the mechanic didn't see the first time. this shop is a complete rip-off. would not recommend this shop to anyone. he purchases cars from insurance companies that claim them as complete losses and then has his mechanic tuned them up and he does the body work. Joe is just a fast talker trying to make a quick Buck. don't visit this establishment.

We had some work to be done on one of our cars, which required special attention due to the sensors involved. Royal was very understanding even though there was a situation with the insurance that was paying the bill. Royal was able to not only get the parts and repair the car in a reasonable time frame, but they went above and beyond with cleaning up the car. They removed some "Art" my young children had made on the inside of the car doors (which I appreciated) in addition to making the car look brand spanking new. What was interesting is that the last time we had to have our car worked on, at another body shop, they had to drop off the car at a dealer to get the sensors calibrated. Royal was able to do it onsite and get it done quickly, which was great! Royal also made it easy to get our rental car situation addressed. I will be going to Royal for any Auto Body needs, even though it's quite a drive for me to get there.

My bumper was fixed, painted, and buffed but it was done very unprofessional and lazily. The bumper and fender was left with buffing streaks all over to which they responded to just wipe with a rag. They didn't bother to cover the rest of the truck when painting, and I was left with paint splatters all over my windshield, doors, and hood. When I called they said to run it through a car wash, but it didn't work. When I took it back they told me they couldn't do anything and to take it to a detailer. They stated that they didn't do detailing services there and I asked how they buffed the bumper and fender when fixed and left it with streaks in the first place if they didn't detail, but they didn't have an answer. The whole staff was very rude after I received my car. Seems like they just wanted to milk the insurance for as much money they could and be done with it, but didn't care about customer satisfaction.
