Terrible customer service. They have no compassion or understanding for someone who is without their vehicle. They promised to have it done by Wed 7/24/24. They even said there was a possibility that it could be done earlier but didn't want to over promise. When I called on Wed, they told me it would be Thu or worst-case Fri. I got text message on Fri at 9:15am saying it was near completion. When I called on Fri, they said it wasn't done yet, but could be done by 2pm or maybe 4pm. They called me back a couple hours later to say it wouldn't be done until Mon. I called at 5pm on Monday and they said it wouldn't be ready until Tue. I still don't have my car and I am sure when I call tomorrow, they will say Wed or Thu. read more

Excellent service! I had a horrible dent from road debris, did an excellent job matching my paint on my Volvo (the color has been discontinued), also had my rims repaired while they had the car. It looks brand new! They work with Enterprise rental, they came and got me and I had a rental in minutes. When I got my car back I just left the rental there and they came and got it. Spring Hill Auto Body has done a fantastic job on my car many times. My boss backed into my car once, killing the whole right side of my back bumper, including part of the framing I think, and after they fixed, replaced, and painted the new bumper, it looked better than when I originally bought my car! I also had a leak somewhere in the back of my car. Any time it snowed or rained, under my trunk where my spare tired is held was FULL of water. Spring Hill Auto Body found the leak, caulked it, and no more water! Even when I bent a rim beyond repair, they found another one for me. I will give Spring Hill (SH) an "A" for the work and timeliness to complete, but a complete "F" on customer service. The 1st time I came in to SH I was looking for a work-repair estimate, and waited in their lobby for over 5-minutes before anyone came up to assist. The 2nd time I came in as a paying customer for work completed. I walked into their lobby, and again no-one was present to greet or assist. In addition the shop door was open and the lobby was very noisy due to activity in the shop. I looked around and saw someone in a back office and I waived... The person seemed busy with paper-work, but signaled one-minute with their hand/finger. I then waited for an additional 10 minutes for the guy in the office to come out and help me. When he did finally come out, there were no apologies for the wait, just simply... "Can I help you?" This was the trigger button for me, and I was pretty pissed off SH kept me waiting for over 10-minutes so I could give them money. I pretty much gave the guy a piece of my mind and in the end he wanted to keep arguing his point... It's like this person felt his time was more valuable than my time... He even said as much, "I couldn't help you because I was busy texting." To compound issues, when I finally get to an exterior check of my vehicle, I find that SH has scuffed my right passenger mirror... I mean it's not bad enough some-sad-sack swiped my brand new car in a parking lot and then took off leaving me to pay for their mistake. I now have new damage from the people I'm paying to fix my car. So they take my car back into the shop to buff out the side mirror, and 10-minutes later bring it back. The mirror still had a noticeable scuff; I made them take it back in again, after another 10-minute wait. They did get the scuff out, I was thankful it did not need to be painted. I didn't bother to check the interior of the car before paying, because no work was done to the interior, and paid after over 40-minutes of waiting on them. I got in my car (and mind you it only has 8K miles on it), and notice there is a plastic cap missing from my center console. At this point in time I also noticed they've cleaned the interior, which is a very nice touch, just not when they cause damage. I immediately go back inside and tell the guy there's an additional issue that SH needs to fix. He comes out and I show him what was missing (Cover-Shift Lock). This guy looks at me like I'm nuts and I'm trying to pull scam. He tells me they're not responsible for that, as they did no work on the inside of the car. Again, my car only has 8K miles on it, and I quickly point out to him, that his team cleaned the inside of my car, and that perhaps they vacuumed-up this part... I told him bottom-line, I was not leaving his business until they took care of this issue, especially after all the other stuff that I described above occurred. Finally, he said that SH would purchase the part and give me a call when they receive it from Nissan. It turns out the part costs $7 on the Nissan OEM replacement part site... Yeah some scam I'm pulling. The part came in the next day and my wife picked it up for me... When I got home, I simply dropped the part into where it would go on the console. This part does not lock in.... So, it's quite apparent to me now, as it was assumed then, they vacuumed-up the part. People have a choice where they spend their money, and I'm sure SH is going to reply to this lengthy Yelp post saying, that he told me "Three-Times" I'll be right with you, and my expectations were unrealistic... I couldn't hear a thing because of the noisy shop, and beside the point, these guys could care less about the normal customer... They must make a killing off the local car dealers funneling them business, and could really care less about anyone else. Of course mileage may vary, and granted this may have been an off day... A really off-day. There's just no excuse for the poor service, representative attitude, and additional issues caused by SH. To date (three weeks later), no one has bothered to follow-up to see if everything was satisfactory and to apologize for the mishaps. I will admit, if SH had followed up with a courtesy call and showed genuine remorse/concern that I had been taken care of by them, I wouldn't have posted this message. I would've posted a positive message. My advice... Although the work SH did was good, the less than pleasant customer experience, coupled with the hassle they put me through without any remorse, forces me to recommend another place for you to take your car. SH, the only true response you should be providing to this post is how truly sorry you are for my clearly bad experience with your business. Taking ownership to the issues you've caused is the first step towards becoming a better business. read more

The guys at Spring Hill are great! I was in an accident and had to set up the repair through my insurance company and they made the process very easy. I was also having trouble with keeping my window rolled up (unrelated to the accident) and they offered after market parts saving me about $100. They even washed and vacuumed by truck! Quality of repair: 10 In automotive terminology, the "fit and finish" of the repair was excellent. No overspray or "swirl marks". The FINAL repair price was the same as the initial estimate. Satisfaction with Customer Service? 10 Brian (the Service Mgr.) was great. He even offered to have one of his guys take me home, after I left my car at Spring Hill. This is a "nice touch". Was your Vehicle Ready when promised? Yes I happened to mention to Brian that I wanted to go on vacation and didn't want the vehicle to remain there, for an extended period. I went to Spring Hill after receiving a voicemail. I mis-understood it to mean that the car was done, but really it said that the car paint was done and it was ready for "buffing". When Brian (mgr.) saw me (it was a Saturday), and said that his message was that his tech (who would do the final buffing) wasn't there on Saturday. After calling around to a few repair shops, I knew almost as soon as Mike answered the phone that I'd found my winner. He was friendly and gave a clear explanation of what was most likely wrong with my car. Spring Hill was recommended by my insurance company for some pretty major body work. Having never had to get any aesthetic work done on a car, I was a little concerned about being taken advantage of, but decided to trust my insurance company. I brought the car in and spoke with Jake. He was incredibly helpful, and even arranged for me to get a ride to my wife's office (20+ minutes away) so I didn't have to call a taxi or wait. While the work took some time, there was a lot of it to do (3 panels, some frame work, windows, paint, etc). They worked with my insurance, sending picture updates daily of the work, and all I had to do was pay my deductible to the shop while they worked out the remainder of the payment with my insurance. The body work was immaculate, and I was really happy with how my car looked. When I drove it home, I realized that a few things were missed like the heater wasn't heating and radio needed a code entered (I don't have the manual). These are things I would have likely overlooked too when dealing primarily with body damage. I immediately called the shop and they apologized, offering to resolve these issues ASAP whenever I could bring the car back. I brought it in a week later or so (busy week for me) and the crew fixed everything while I waited in the lobby. So if you have to get your valued asset repaired after a traumatizing day, you want less stress not more. Life is filled with hair splitters that feel this compulsion to say well i did not get a rent a car so this company is not worthy. When do we take responsibility for our selves and ask, can you get me a rent a car? I am guessing the only negative review was written by someone who did not take responsibility for themselves. As an auto body shop these guys bend over backward for a customer. i know i have had accidents that have come at some bad times in my life and these guys helped me however they could. So, to have a review in here that is one star is not accurate. i asked for rental car and depending on whether my insurance had it allocated for me, I got one. I did not only get one i got a good rate. My car/cars all look great when the work is complete too. Not to mention this company was always reaching out to me to give me status updates. One star is not fair on any level. Get your car fixed and fixed right at Spring Hill. Sorry i hate inaccurate statements, like "unprofessional" these guys are the epitome of professionalism. After a string of bad luck, we decided to pay out of pocket for some body work from an accident. We got several quotes and found Spring Hill to be cost competitive. But more importantly, we needed the work done in under a week to be able to use our mini-van for a road trip. They finished the work on time, as promised, and we picked up a vehicle that looked good as new, spotless and gleaming inside and out. Upon pickup, we were having trouble opening the driver side door. They asked us to bring the vehicle right in to look at at it - no charge. By the time we brought it in, the problem had cleared itself up, but they looked at it anyway. In hind sight, we realized the problem was due to the extreme cold and not at all related to the work the shop did. But regardless, they stuck by their lifetime guarantee and verified that the mechanics of the door were working (and note, the body work was on the front fender, not the door, so in all likelihood not related to their work - just an odd coincidence due to the vehicle sitting out in the cold during repair). We have since used them to touch up a rust spot and found the second experience to be just as good as the first. The team is friendly and communicates well. We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

When my husband had a small fender bender in a parking lot and had to have some body repair done through our insurance company, they did a great job. You couldn't even tell any damage had occurred. More recently, I went there for some very minor and cosmetic issues that didn't even involve insurance (after visiting one of their competitors and receiving a pretty expensive estimate), and they were very courteous and attentive. They fixed my minor issue (some white paint from a garage door frame on my dark gray sedan) right away and gave me a lesser estimate for the other issue (a small and not-very-noticeable dent that I hadn't even decided I needed or wanted fixed). There was no pressure whatsoever to actually have work done on the more expensive issue, and for the minor white paint issue, let's just say the price could not be beat! Bonus points for the fact that I was in and out of there in under a half hour, and I was just a walk-in. read more
