Had a gas leak coming from some unknown pipe. Was told they be at my place between 12:00 -1:00pm. Ric showed up at my door right at 12:00pm. Friendly and talkative. Put me right at ease. He also let me know that they might have to get supplies if they didn't have the right plug to disconnect that pipe & plug it. Turned out he was able to fix it and plug the pipe. We have used Pro Plumbing twice in the past few months. Very impressed!! Office staff is very friendly and worked to schedule both visits quickly, First was to fix a water leak inside the garage wall, and what turned out to also be a cracked ABS sewer line. Work was performed quickly and professionally. Since it was a more complex repair than anticipated, it took more time than had been estimated, but they didn't charge me for the extra time. Second job was a few days before Christmas, to repair/replace the sewer drain lines under the double kitchen sink. I had bought parts and attempted to fix it myself, but couldn't seem to get the joints to seal. I called Pro Plumbing after the excellent previous service. It was early evening, and the plumber was there in 30 minutes. He had the work completed in about 20 minutes. For evening work, their rate is double the daytime rate, and they have a 2 hour minimum. He only charged me for 90 minutes. I was glad to pay the $258 bill for night/evening work, and have everything done before my wife got home from her sister's. read more

Rick and his grandson (I already forgot his name, but I think it starts with J) came out this afternoon to unclog our kitchen drain. My husband snaked the line a couple of times, I guess the clog was further down the pipe. All though I didn't get to fully use their services turns out I didn't need it which was good news. Both service technicians were friendly and professional and most of all honest I can't stress that enough. They came prepared and ready to work. Turns out the service was minor. The Tech also gave me recommendations on how to proceed from there. They check everything out and told me I was good to go. I had pro plumbing install two toilets I had purchased from Home Depot. Months later both toilets where leaking from the base. The lady on the phone told me there warranty only covers 90 days.
