We hired Pro Plumbing Services in 2019. One of bathrooms in our home has some issue. We kind of knew but it was not major so didn't care much. In mean while we asked couple of handymen to look into that. No one able to figure out. Eventually issue became big and it started leaking impacting bathroom below that. We were in an emergency situation; leaking water heater (20 years old!). After the first plumber was unable to drain it, Pro Plumbing Services sent us (same day turnaround) a very gifted plumber, Charles Berleigh, who was able to miraculously drain a tank that the previous plumber had said was undrainable. I had actually been making plans to have a forklift come in the garage to lift it out ( 50 gallon filled tank weighs around 700 lbs!) This is second time I have used Pro Plumbing. This company is amazing!! The first time they repaired a broken pipe under the kitchen. It needed to be treated before the repair and they offered to help get us connected to another great company to complete the cleanup. Once the cleanup was complete they followed up with us and came out the same day to finish the repair! Jose did a fantastic job!! The second repair was for a clogged shower. Several months ago, my sinks and toilets were making a gurgling sound. I called Pro Plumbing Services, Inc. in Antioch. They sent Jose out that day and Jose snaked the pipes and cleared the lines. The cost of the job was fair. Because of the pandemic we have done lots of remodeling and have used this company two times prior to this review. On this unfortunate occasion we noticed a leak from the ceiling in our kitchen, we called Pro Plumbing and asked for Jose! Well we were told that Jose was unavailable for several days. The office manager told us she could send out Ric and that he was the owner of the company. I agreed to using Ric and figured since he was the owner he must be at least as good as Jose. Well when Ric showed up I asked him if he was as good as Jose and he told me he was Jose's grandfather so now I once again knew I was in good hands. I don't know about you but when your ceiling starts leaking all kinds of horrible things go through your mind.....Ric and Julio quickly found the problem as we suspected in our upstairs bathroom shower. The correction included Julio cutting out a section in the kitchen ceiling and Ric reassured us it was a problem with the shower drain and the fix was simple.......the quote for this job was way more than reasonable...these are good folks......i plan to use them again to install a water filter/ softener due to the harsh water in the city of Brentwood....thanks again E. Brian came out and gave me an estimate, which was reasonable compared to two others I received. He is very helpful. Wow, what a great experience with Pro Plumbing! Brian, Rick and his grandson (I forgot his name) were absolutely fantastic. Backstory: we have a 7 month old baby and as we were about to give him a bath we realized our hot water wasn't working. My husband tried to get the pilot re-lit but we were unsuccessful. After our homeowners insurance gave us the round-a-bout, we called Pro Plumbing because it said on our water heater that they did the installation. At 10 pm that same night, Brian called us, helped diagnose the problem over the phone and said he would send their "emergency services" to our home with a part that would fix the problem the next morning. We were amazed by the quick response and customer service, and were incredibly thankful! Rick and his grandson showed up at 11 am on the dot the next day. They fixed the problem in 1/2 hr and we had hot water 45 minutes later. They also fixed a small plumbing leak in the bathroom for no extra charge and consulted on gas line route we are considering in our backyard. All I can say is we were incredibly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, great customer service and quality of work. In less than 24 hrs, baby got a nice hot bath and mommy and daddy did too! Considering it was 30 yrs old, I figured we had it coming. We dont do a lot of work with plumbing, so I was a little lost on who to call. I then did a dumb thing, I called Sears and signed up for a "Same Day" install if I purchased the Water Heater through them.... long story short, they never showed!
