She provided exactly what I needed with no up-selling involved-she truly won my trust by anticipating my needs. The detailed quotes were built by Martin, who did an incredible job outlining the specifics of the project. I conducting bids and finalizing the necessary electrical work for the overall project- which finally allowed me to move forward with the installation. While I wasn't thrilled about having to pay again for an issue I believed was already resolved, Ray did an excellent job ensuring the problem was properly fixed this time and even documented the work with photos. During the visit, I also pointed out a minor leak from a pressure valve. Ray offered a very reasonable quote to repair it the next day.
