He has a strong technical knowledge of water heaters, including furnaces and air conditioning. He told me all the rebates available. He knows all the new laws and when they take effect for gas & electric water heaters. He even knew the permit requirements specific to my Rio Vista. He told me all my options, including their advantages & disadvantages. He did not pressure me. He made sure I knew all my options. Then he sat back and gave me time to decide. Once I decided, Mark sent out a Jose & Aaron to install my Bradford White water heater. Jose is a craftsman who takes pride in his job. He pays attention to the finer details. He wants the finished job to look professional. I watched him work. He did an outstanding job. He and his assistant, Aaron, work efficiently. Aaron anticipates what tools Jose needs and hands him the tool before he even asks. Like Mark, Jose is very personable. He explained to me how to relight the gas pilot light if it ever went out. He was patient. He made sure I understood how to do this. They cleaned up nicely after they were finished. I had read many positive reviews about Cozy Home Services before selecting them. They definitely live up to their reputation.

The first plumber couldn't get through & told me we'd need to bust out my brand new patio! Dustin came later that day, and not only cleared through the root clog, but accurately isolated the problem to an area that would not disturb my hardscape. Anatoly came the next day and, with a very sunny disposition and only a shovel and a tarp, I watched him magically dig a six ft deep hole to access the problem in no time at all. I still can't figure out how he wasn't even dirty or sweaty. The two of these guys knocked out the job, filled the hole and tidied up, spic and span, just in time for a big party at my house!! It took him about 20-25'. The technician was skilled, polite and efficient. I wrote them a check, but I was not given a written estimate, nor was I given a receipt. NO itemized information on the charges at all. It seemed like a lot of money!!! I called the secretary later that afternoon and she had the owner call me back. He listened to my concerns and we arrived at a compromise. So, just be informed of the charges beforehand and get multiple estimates if you can.
