Their office don't have an AC it's 100 degrees in Lemoore. It's like an oven inside. As far as I know they are not a good company to go to in terms of senior care. Some people might argue with that. I guess it's just luck what kind of caregiver you get. I have a friend that hired a caregiver with them. Total neglect from their caregiver they didn't even replaced her even though my friend told them to change the caregiver because the caregiver didn't follow the care plan of 3 times a day shower for her dad. Her dad got some skin condition because his skin is extremely dry. Thank God I knew about this after my interview and didn't work for this company! Stay away! There are better companies out there.

Estephanie was awesome as an assistant; she's very professional and has great customer service skills. My therapist, Don, was awesome! He is very thorough and informative; he listens and makes sure the patient understands. Don is also very encouraging and praises improvement; he has a great sense of humor also. The office/facility is small but not in a bad way; there is enough room do exercises without bumping into anyone or anything and it does not feel crowded. I would recommend this office to friends and family!
