Estephanie was awesome as an assistant; she's very professional and has great customer service skills. My therapist, Don, was awesome! He is very thorough and informative; he listens and makes sure the patient understands. Don is also very encouraging and praises improvement; he has a great sense of humor also. The office/facility is small but not in a bad way; there is enough room do exercises without bumping into anyone or anything and it does not feel crowded.
