I love this company and every single person there who helped me out! I woke up one morning noticing water from upstairs shooting out of an electrical socket in my kitchen. I turned off the water line and made an emergency call to a plumber. The plumber came out and fixed the initial problem upstairs in my hallway bathroom, but showed me how water damage soaked through the bathroom flooring, the upstairs vanity, all the way downstairs through my kitchen pantry to the water socket. It was a total mess and he referred me to this company who as he explained was a One-Stop shop from start to finish. As advertised, they came in the very same day and ripped out all of the bad material, set up dehumidifiers, gave me estimates, put material on order and worked with me and my home insurance to get things back to new. Anna was wonderful, as she did all the scheduling and kept me informed of the the scope of the project and she handled all of the administrative process seamlessly. Daniel and his crew, Rami Eddie and Victor are absolute lifesavers! All were friendly, accommodating, very knowledgeable and true professionals. They were here promptly on the scheduled dates and all the repairs were completed expertly and expeditiously. I am so grateful for all of them and the hard work that they did. One star for a good job by the mediation team, zero stars for the restoration people. Referred to as "technicians" by the company. They speak virtually none, to very little english. They could not understand what we wanted done and how to do it. Claims to be a carpenter...sorry man, but you ain't no carpenter! After mediation was completed, the technician installed and uninstalled the kitchen cabinets three times before coming close to getting it right. Total time to finish part of kitchen, small bathroom and coat closet - three months! Hell, whole houses can be done in that amount of time. They threw away existing pieces and parts and installed mismatched, wrong color, and ill fitting parts instead. All in all a nightmare to keep after them, cater to their irregular schedule, promised arrivals and work days. Beware! read more

Yelp should look into false advertising when their ratings are involved. Let's start by telling you what "NOT" to expect if you use Pro Restoration. You will not receive honest and responsive answers to your questions from the onset. I recommend that you not rely on Pro Restoration "time" sensitive commitments that will not be adhered to. Do not expect timely callbacks, texts, or accurate communication from the only office person [that I'm aware of] named Jennifer. Don't expect to see clean or new equipment that Pro Restoration shows on its website and Yelp. You won't receive plastic protective enclosures, as shown on their website and Yelp, even if you request them. Do not expect Pro Restoration's location, even after asking employees. And, when you find Pro Restoration (it's not difficult), don't expect signage indicating their location at 2710 S Highland Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Don't expect straightforward answers to your questions from anyone. Don't expect professional, clean, and pleasant workers who are helpful or transparent. Expect "not" to see the mitigation cost until weeks after you request it from Nick or Jennifer. Finally, and most importantly, don't plan on speaking with anyone who will give you their real name, such as "Nick," who I believe is "Sarkis Abgaryan," and his wife Eliza Abgaryan, who wouldn't give me her name when I repeatedly asked her when she came out from the back of OSP Plumbing after hearing my questions to the front office girls. Here is what you can expect from Pro Restoration. A company shrouded in secrecy that shows OSP Plumbing signage but no reference to Pro Restoration. Eliza Abgaryan will not give you her name and tell you that Pro Restoration is in "the back room," according to her. People like Eliza Abgaryan, who "others" say is the HR manager, office manager, co-owner, and wife of Sarkis Abgaryan, aka Nick (referenced above). There is also Hazar Abgaryan, with whom I have not determined the relationship but informed that he is the brother of Sarkis Abgaryan. Workers from OSP Plumbing, located at the OSP Plumbing address at 2710 S Highland Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109, will tell you Pro Restoration will do an excellent job at a reasonable cost. However, they neglect to tell you both entities are owned and operated by the same people, the Abgaryan clan. You can expect the workers to tell you that you have a severe "bio-hazard level III" that requires the mitigation of Pro Restoration at a price that will make your head spin when you see the first and final invoice weeks after the mitigation has ended. Such recommendations are unethical and should require a review by the Nevada State Contractors Board. Both Pro Restoration and OSP Plumbing have licensing from the Contractors Board. *My review is ongoing. I will upload further information and pictures about Pro Restoration shortly. This company represents itself by advertising a 5-star rating from Yelp on its website. Its actual rating is four stars, while its Google rating is even lower even with the "planted reviews." A great shout out for Debi at Pro Restoration! I had some water damage in my kitchen area which needed to be fixed. I called multiple companies but they could not get me in sooner. Only Debi at Pro Restoration assured me that she will get it taken care of ASAP. She was super helpful in working with my Insurance company and kept me informed at every step. Consumers beware, This company has more fraudulent activity, and unscrupulous billing practices than any company we've run into in Nevada We had a water heater that had a slight leak so we called them to come out. The original estimate for the work, which comprised of nothing more than replacing the water heater and the immediate wood framing around it/drywall encompassing it, was nearly $10,000. They try to get away with us by billing homeowners insurances, etc. but, most of these companies have pushed back because of their exorbitant billing. We canceled the contract upon the first day they came out, but we're billed almost $2400 for 67 minutes worth of work. Nothing was replaced, nothing was repaired and no work was performed. Stay away from these people. They are scammers and fraudulent in their business activities. I would leave less than one star as this has been the most negative experience I've had with any company ever read more

Dehumidifier very little air coming out- plus dirty equipment the hose they put in the sink so dirty. My Fault I didn't get a few estimates. No more trusting people especially this company. I'm sure they do decent work, but in my case, they just wanted to scam me out of as much money as they could and then threaten to put a lien against my house if I didn't pay their overinflated and fabricated rates. This was an issue that involved my insurance company, so of course, they wanted to charge as much money as they could get away with, thinking the insurance company was going to write them a check. $1,600 for them to drop 2 fans and 2 humidifiers off at my house for a weekend. That's what they wanted from me for some equipment that I could've gotten from Home Depot. Yep, just it looked it up. Dri-Eaz Dehumidifer (looks identical to what they brought over) $48/day at Home Depot. My Traveler agent got involved, and made them reduce their fees to $900 because they tried to add in all this labor that never happened, safety equipment, etc. They literally dumped equipment at my house and left me in charge of turning it off and on. $900 was still too high in my opinion. Daniel (I thought was the Owner, not really sure), before I was assigned a Traveler agent, told me they would only charge me $650 at the most for a simple rental rate if the insurance did not cover it. That was a lie. I would avoid these guys if possible. If you do use them, you need to watch them and make sure they itemize everything on their invoice, or get a quote beforehand. Don't sign their form where you agree to pay costs to complete without knowing what those costs will be, because they'll just make stuff up. read more

If I could give Taniel and his team (Eddie and Sean, etc) 10 starts, I would! First, my water heater leaked at 4pm on a Monday in Mid August. OSP Plumbing responded quickly, but I knew the problem was going to be the water damage as the tank had been leaking for several hours before we knew it. That's when Pro Restoration came to the rescue. Within an hour or two of my call, these guys were at my home demoing the damaged drywall, etc. in my garage and put at least 4 fans and dehumidifiers in my laundry room, main hallway and bedroom closet. I was prepared for the worst. Honestly, I was prepared to be told everything would have to be gutted. But, Taniel said he felt confident that he would be able to save a few areas. But, probably not all. He is so nice and friendly. There is no way I even doubted that he was going to scam me. He left the fans for 3 days. He came back with a meter to check the damage. I couldn't believe it. He prevented the water from getting into the laundry room and main hallway. He even stopped the water from doing too much damage in my closet. because there was plywood behind the drywall, it only needed about 10 square inches of pain near the floor. The next step, the repair. We were put on the schedule, but told if they could get us in early, the would, Yea, right! They did! His team rebuilt the stand the heater was on painted the drywall(s), texturized the areas that needed it first and even painted the entire wall behind the heater to have it all look fresh and clean. They are responsive to calls and texts. I never got sent to voicemail! They arrive on time. They work hard. They don't make a mess and they clean up when they are done. My garage looks better than it did before the heater broke. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! I hope I never have to use them again. But, if the occasion arises, I will! read more

BEWARE!! This company is awful. Contacted them about mold remediation. Took them forever (3 weeks)to finish the job as there were lots of running around involved. Then, they had to come out 2x to treat the mold. Left me without a water heater for 2 weeks. When plumber was fixing leak he mentioned about a temporary hook up so we had him do it. He said they could've hooked it up on the side temporarily from day 1. Pro Restoration totally overcharged with lots of ridiculous charges that my insurance is refusing to pay. So now there's a lot of back and forth going on there. Also AFTER the job was completed I had someone from another company come over for the mold remediation estimate. I found that very fishy. Don't you do the estimate before work starts and while the job is being performed? I asked for a business card from that company but it was not a valid business. Mike and Henry did very good job on water mitigation. But today I received an invoice that was wooping 1700$ higher that we agreed upon when I was deciding what company to hire. Nick who presented himself as a person authorised to give the total cost estimate assured me that it will be done under 2500$, instead bill listed just the total amount of $4200 with no itemization. The independent claim adjuster who did the property survey for restoration informed me that number is unreasonably high. Company got the contract because i informed my insurance carrier about estimated costs and they approved it. So practictly it was just a bait to get a customer and than overcharge for the work. We discovered we had a leak in the late afternoon and after calling several different companies we found Pro Restoration. They showed up within 15 min and immediately began drying the leak. They arrived the next day to determine the source and cut open the ceiling. From that point on we worked with them for several weeks and Daniel was beyond helpful! Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Initially I had contracted with ERX. Our water damage started in August. After a plumbers recommendation and knowing nothing about these types of companies I went with his HIGH recommendation. I was promised by their Forman that they would come in, remediate then turn around and restore the property in about a 2 week period. The next day a crew showed up and for 3 days, tore apart doors, floors, walls and left me with a concrete floors and lots of open walls. After waiting almost 2 months for them to return to continue, I looked in yelp and found Pro Restoration. The same day I called Nick arrived at my home (last Thursday ). On Monday restoration began and today (Thursday a week later) my house is BEAUTIFUL! They did alot of work to re-floor 2 bathrooms, repair walls and a ceiling in the kitchen. I have new beautiful wood floors and now have really nice tile in my bathrooms. It's so much nicer than before. The reason ERX waited so long is because they wanted thousands of dollars more than what the insurance paid, and when the insurance refused to pay more, they kept on them and kept pushing back my Restoral date. They buffered their numbers 3000.00 too high. Nick at Pro Restoration however said that the numbers the insurance had was right on and agreed that I suffered enough and he would help me get my home back better than before. The guys at Pro Restoration are very polite, work hard and really know what they're doing. Their goal is to make you happier than you were before the damage began, and they succeeded. Best remediation company ever. My second floor bathroom water line bursted around midnight. I didn't know who to call to help me with my flood situation. I called a couple of companies and none didn't want to come out for my emergency. I stumbled on pro restoration and called them. Nick picked up and put me at ease, he told me he would have a crew at my house within a hour and did showed up. They help me place a call to my insurance company and billed them directly, they even recommended a highly trained plumber who was affordable to come take care of my plumbing issues. I had flood damage and Pro Restoration was referred by the plumber and was there right away. Pro restoration was quick to respond and set up fans right away before even getting approval for job or giving estimate. Even contacted my insurance company right away but after speaking to them, claim was denied. When he gave me quote, price seemed high but Daniel told me I was getting a better deal because he didn't itemize but all inclusive. I was going to get other estimates(did call a couple companies for estimates) but Pro restoration was the fastest and most responsive and said I wouldn't find a better price. During job asked me for some additional money for materials used in job which should have been included in price but wasn't much and most materials were not charged additional. Another leak was discovered and additional quote seemed very high so I called Servpro of Centenial Hills and his price was much lower, Pro Restoration said they would never do work for the Servpro quote because not enough profit in it. The crew was very nice and when I pointed out that something wasn't done right, he agreed and fixed it. I wish I had gotten other estimates before agreeing because I feel was over charged ( he had said I wouldn't find a better price but Servpro did give better price). After restoration was completed you could tell it had been restored as a few things were not 100% back to original look. read more

We had a very small leak and the other company wanted to charge us several thousands dollars to rip out our whole shower and ceiling. When we called out Pro Restoration for a second opinion they were so nice and helpful. They showed us that there was no need to rip out the shower, even gave us tips to inspect for damage ourselves to avoid charges. They didn't try to take advantage of us. We had a water heater break in our rental unit (clear across the country), and the damage was enormous. Furthermore, our remediation company did not do build-back, and our insurance company required us to provide an itemized quote, which many of the other companies we looked at refused to do because they did not do the remediation. Pro Restoration had us a quote within a few days of my initial request, and were patient while working through the nearly year-long fight with the insurance company over coverage. We decided to move forward with the repair out of our own pocket, and Pro Restoration worked with us on a payment schedule that fit our (very tight) budget, and kept the project well on track start to finish, even amidst the coronavirus outbreak. Daniel was enormously communicative, keeping us up-to-date regularly with photos and reports, and providing a huge amount of input on the materials (which was helpful, given we're in Boston and this was in Las Vegas, so we didn't have the luxury of just walking into the store).
