They work out an action plan on how to treat any conditions or resolve any issues with your teeth. A detailed explanation is provided for each patient with or without insurance what your insurance will pay and what the patient may have to pay out-of-pocket expenses. I appreciate that explanation so there are no surprises as to what out-of-pocket expenses need to be paid. This is the place for all your dental needs!

Scheduled a cleaning and exam for a couple months later. I called 6 weeks in advance of my appointment to reschedule as I have a work conflict. On the phone they tell me that they can squeeze me in for EITHER a cleaning OR an exam, not both on the same day... in December. It is currently March. This is infuriating and at that point they should be wasting less of people's time and simply say they are not accepting new patients. I am going to find a new dentist, they grow on trees around here, and I am going to share my experience with every single person I can.

We waited until Monday and then started to call dentists' offices close to our home. WELL - they were all closed for "spring break" - wow! And they were so nice on the phone, explaining that they were NOT providers for our insurance but would bill on our behalf. Turned out that my husband had to lose that tooth, it was cracked and had a very old crown on it and was badly infected. I was so impressed with the professionial treatment that I set up my own appointment for an exam. I found Dr. Seth very patient, willing to explain anything I had questions about, good sense of humor too! Sadly because they are not providers for our insurance, and because our dental coverage is for preventive only, it is all coming out of pocket but we're so pleased with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire office that we are willing to pay for our treatment there.
