A+++++! My husband had tried to replace & install a faucet in our kitchen, to find out that the U plate would not turn or budge, as it was also behind the basin. So, he ended up calling Jerry from Yelp, and good thing he did! Jerry had to do some extensive work, not including just the install. Amazing!!! I had 3 sinks and a bathtub that needed to be fixed...they weren't draining...almost at all. Contacted Pro Solutions and they were able to see me the next day! (I was already happy with that quick response). They said they would be at the house between 4-5..they came at 4!!! I was now doubly impressed! I called "Pro Solutions Pluming and Rooter" because I had a water leak on the second floor of my house. Jerardo responded and fixed the leaking toilet. Not only did he fix the issue, but he checked my water pressure. It turns out that my water pressure was over 95 psi!!! Jerardo told me the water pressure should not exceed 60 psi. He set my pressure regulator to 60 psi. However, a few minutes later, the pressure went up to 85 psi. It turns out that I had a bad pressure regulator. Jerardo replaced my pressure regulator that same day. I later found out that high water pressure can damage your appliances. Thank God Jerardo found the problem and fixed it before I had any major issues. Jerardo was very professional and provided me with excellent service. His prices are very reasonable. I manage a commercial property and my regular plumbers (i have 3 that i work with) unfortunately none of the three had any available that day. We had a leaky hose bib, just outside the propety and needed to be fixed before the weekend. I was working from home that day and i am coordinating everything through phone calls. I am in the process of landscaping my back yard, which includes a large bare dirt hill being held by a retaining wall. The drain at the bottom of that hill has been a thorn in my side for years. Water never flowed down it as it was deeply clogged with dirt, rocks and tree roots. I hired a guy to come dig it out and repair the problem in that specific area. But when he did, we discovered a much bigger problem, one bigger than he and I could solve alone. We didn't know how big the problem was until Pro Solutions arrived and went to work. But in the end we discovered , the roots, rocks and dirt had clogged many drains around my property and destroyed about 20' of drain pipe and fittings coming off that drain at the bottom of the hill. So once I decided I needed the help of a rooter company, I picked up the phone. After 3 or 4 calls to other guys, Jerry answered. He was available to come over about an hour later. What I thought would be a quick snake job in that one small area of pipe turned into an all-day job, more excavating, pipe removal & replacement and camera inspection to verify ALL the drains on my property were clear for the heavy rains to come in the next 5 days. Jerry and Alan were amazing! Obviously the job cost more than initially quoted (a quick snake job) as they were here for 7 hours and worked super hard the whole time. But for two guys, the use of special equipment including an inspection camera and additional material costs ... it was money well spent. I have piece of mind now that my property will drain as good as possible for years to come. No more babysitting a retaining wall and hill on rainy days or cleaning out mud washed into the pool! The garbage disposal at my restaurant was leaking but I didn't think anything of it until it began gushing out of control.
