The caretaker for my elderly mother said that the toilet upstairs was clogged. We called Pro Solutions and to check on it. The day prior to them coming my brother was able to flush the toilet and it 'seemed' to work. Two gentlemen from Pro Solutions came over to check out if it was really fixed or needed more work. One employee was on his phone outside the whole time, while the other looked at the toilet. He snaked it twice and said it was fixed. He also looked at the bathtub faucet and said that we need a new handle because the other one was calcified. The gentleman was at my mom's house for 15 minutes. He had to check with his boss outside on how much to charge us, but he said he didn't think it would be that much since he was only there for 15 minutes. He came back and said his boss told him it was $150.00! I was shocked and just about fell over. We paid them the money, but I felt that we were cheated. This experience seemed like a scam, and you can bet that I will not recommend this company or use it again! I was caring for my sisters house when, on a Friday afternoon, water started gushing out of the water meter access panel. The city came out and shut off the water, but said the leak was on the house side, so they couldn't fix it. I called Pro Solutions around 4 PM, and they were on site in less than an hour. They excavated the area behind the meter, worked until it got too dark to safely continue, then were back on the job early Saturday morning. We had water back on and everything closed up before 11AM. What an awesome experience I had. I was a little panicked because my water heater stopped working. We've had issues with our drains for a couple weeks. Our bathtub, bathroom and kitchen sink would drain VERY slow, and our toilet started having issues.
