Not a good experience. It's a challenge to work with the owner Eusebio who farms out the work to his crew that are not all that great. They're hard to get a hold of, commit to an appt and don't arrive on time. After a sprinkler system check and some repairs to some sprinklers it cost an outrageous amount of over $500. I contacted Pro Sprinkler Services via Yelp. They responded and scheduled a technician to come out to my house via text. There technician was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I thought I needed an expensive repair. The technician knew my sprinkler issue a lot better than I did. I let the technician do what he needed to do and a few minutes later they repaired several leaks in my sprinkler pipe. I had other sprinkler repair companies take a look at my system and tell me the issue was something different than what it actually was and the repairs would have been a lot more expensive if I would have went with a different company! Unreliable! Earlier in the week, they said they would squeeze me in at 3p on Friday. Then on Friday, at 11:02, asked if they could have their technician come at noon. Since I didn't respond (didn't see message and was expecting they'd be here at 3p as negotiated, they decided to CANCEL. Of course without any notice, since they decided it's my fault because I didn't answer immediately when then decided to change the time less than an hour before they planned to come. We've agreed to a day and time on three separate occasions, and they have failed to show up without any communication or explanation whatsoever. Awful experience. Instead of replacing couple of broken heads they messed with wires inside control box and tried to convince me that control box is out of order which was not true. They did not know how to fix the mess they created and left in a hurry leaving me with disabled system. Tried to call them but they blocked my calls.
