I'm giving this place four stars instead of five because I Felt like Helen Wong was trying to pressure me into purchasing more services or products. I think my hair didn't have too many split ends but she insisted they were a bit dead. I try to get my hair trimmed every 3 to 6 months which costs about $20 with tips included at my usual place. It is $35 for a trim for long hair, that took less than 10 minutes. She also insisted that I'd need Olaplaex, which I understand is good for the chemically treated hair, I just didn't want it. Nonetheless, the balayage experience was a positive one and I love the outcome of my hair. Tl;dr - recommended for an affordable balayage, but don't feel pressured to get any other services!
