Not only did they fail to rotate my tires (which I had marked beforehand to verify), but they botched the coolant flush so badly that my car overheated into the Red Zone three days later. They left air in the cooling system, causing my heater to fail and my engine to spike to dangerous temperatures. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety. Take your car elsewhere."

I went in Saturday and worked with Ryan who set me up with great tires and excellent pricing. Brought my car in for my appointment at 10AM. Was out by 10:59AM. Just amazing. Had a team of four installers each doing one tire. It looked like a NASCAR pit stop. They did a great job and the car drives beautifully. Every time I took in my car I'd tell them what was going one, they would check it out, give me a call explaining (in words I can understand) a run down of what's wrong, including prices as well as an honest opinion of how necessary/severe each repair is (it was an older car so it wasn't worth fixing every little thing). They even popped the hood once after a pricey repair to show me exactly what was going on and what they replaced compared to what I had.
