Guadalupe and her team was so helpful. I call them day before my appointment and ask if they can put me on a 9am schedule which she did. I ask guadalupe if I can mix and match there package deal from getting the ceramic tint in the front and the premium at the back. She also explained what the difference between package which helps me to decide what tint should I get. Aside from that I drop my car and pick it up in 2:30 hours because I'm working on that day. /G\ BEWARE ! THIS IS NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS!! Had my truck for three days to install rear window tint which damage! To also install an alarm they remove the existing alarm and all wires. Only to find out after three days that the alarm that they were selling me will not work on my truck. But even worse damage my truck in the process. Yes to the establishment I saw what you did! Looked into so many places to get our family car done and the only places I found for a decent price was DTLA but we all know how sketchy that is and they didn't give anything more than 1yr warranty. Pro-Tech here gave me those DTLA prices but with quality and no hassle! That have great deals and have the option for lifetime warranty! Which is what we got! These guys really good to work with. I came in for a Christmas present and guy was really helpful choosing a backup camera. I came in later date to get it installed and it was a bad unit. Got me a replacement no problem. I came in on my Bday and bought my own backup camera and the image was upside down, so they tracked it down to being a bad camera and fixed it the same day no problem. BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.

Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.

I just got my 2003 van an extreme makeover, making it look brand-new with all dents and dings removed, and a fresh coat of paint. I was looking to protect it with an alarm system. I found Pro-Tech via a Google search and called to ask about getting a car alarm installed. They said they could do it the very next day, which was a Saturday. Saturday morning, I showed up and the employees welcomed me, listened to my needs, and suggested the best car alarm for me. I was impressed that they didn't push the hard-sell of their top model, but rather suggested their middle model. We agreed on a very fair price, and they installed it that day! Upon my return, they took time to demonstrate and teach me the functionality of the alarm system until I was comfortable, and we settled up the bill. I went in because I wanted something simple for my old '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee that's STILL running. Angel was real cool, basically understood my situation and took me in right away with very minimal waiting. I just waited there as it took him about an hour to complete. I came inside for a new battery for my car's alarm remote. The guy just took my remote, popped it open and changed the battery for me in less than three minutes. Only $3.00. Some would say I could've just bought batteries and changed it myself, but what a wonderful service when you don't have to fustrate with opening the remote and changing the battery yourself. Really satisfied with just walking in and out without having to do nothing. read more

We wanted to install a backup camera in an older model vehicle and were impressed with Pro-tech's reviews. I talked to Joseph, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price he quoted was super competitive and he made sure to take the time to familiarize us with how the new stereo/camera/info system works. Called same day and that day had my entire speaker system fixed and they also added a backup camera for my 2005 Honda Pilot. Best Buy could not figure out what was wrong with my speakers. They figured it out in 45 minutes. Then added a full CarPlay system. Amazing service. No games, very impressed. Good value, on par with Best Buy but with more services provided. read more

Love the environment. and the guy from the desk take a quick look on my car and even it's a little work for them cuz i just want to have a lights for my taillights of my accord. I recently had my Tesla model 3 tinted with 5% in the back windows, 15% on the driver and passenger side windows, and 35% on the windshield. This is such a great place to tint your windows man. In my older vehicle I couldn't drive at night cause the tint were too dark, somehow I got the same 5% tint & I can drive at night lovely. These guys are the truth, 10/10. Highly recommend. Great customer service, real fast & solid work. read more
