I purchased and had my dash cam installed by Pro-Tech Car Stereo and Auto Glass. They did an excellent job. They routed the wires through the car body. Very little wiring exposed and what is visible looks neat and professional. The car was done when they said it would be and they were very nice to work with. I highly recommend their work.

Cane here a while ago. Brought two of my cars. Angel was a cool guy very professional. I will be honest, had to bring my car back because all of the windows started showing fingers/ghosting. Got it replaced but it was a totally different tint color so they replaced the entire car. Not sure if it was the ceramic ctx I initially paid for but you never know what kind of tint you are getting tbh. Color was way different and they said it was a different ceramic film (no brand mentioned). My other car started showing ghosting also but I didn't want to take it back since I really like the initial tint that was installed and don't want the same thing to happen as my last one and get a whole different type of tint. Anyhow, good people installers might just need a little more training. read more

This is honestly the best tint shop I've been to. I've had tints done at numerous shops and this place not only beats the price but they take their time and they make sure everything is perfect and if not, they'll make it That's because they don't do any cutting on your windows itself, thus eliminating any chances of the trim getting damaged. They use lasercut/computer cut trims and it's precise. read more

BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.

Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.

I just got my 2003 van an extreme makeover, making it look brand-new with all dents and dings removed, and a fresh coat of paint. I was looking to protect it with an alarm system. I found Pro-Tech via a Google search and called to ask about getting a car alarm installed. They said they could do it the very next day, which was a Saturday. Saturday morning, I showed up and the employees welcomed me, listened to my needs, and suggested the best car alarm for me. I was impressed that they didn't push the hard-sell of their top model, but rather suggested their middle model. We agreed on a very fair price, and they installed it that day! Upon my return, they took time to demonstrate and teach me the functionality of the alarm system until I was comfortable, and we settled up the bill. I went in because I wanted something simple for my old '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee that's STILL running. Angel was real cool, basically understood my situation and took me in right away with very minimal waiting. I just waited there as it took him about an hour to complete. I came inside for a new battery for my car's alarm remote. The guy just took my remote, popped it open and changed the battery for me in less than three minutes. Only $3.00. Some would say I could've just bought batteries and changed it myself, but what a wonderful service when you don't have to fustrate with opening the remote and changing the battery yourself. Called same day and that day had my entire speaker system fixed and they also added a backup camera for my 2005 Honda Pilot. Best Buy could not figure out what was wrong with my speakers. They figured it out in 45 minutes. Then added a full CarPlay system. Amazing service. No games, very impressed. Good value, on par with Best Buy but with more services provided. read more

This is such a great place to tint your windows man. In my older vehicle I couldn't drive at night cause the tint were too dark, somehow I got the same 5% tint & I can drive at night lovely.
