Twice at the dealer, and they basically told me there wasn't a problem. Peter B worked on it, and said the issue is the hose size -- metric vs. US. If someone uses a US hose, it will be not be exactly right, and will leak once the car heats up and everything is at pressure. No more problems after Peter B worked on it. Also took my older Camry there, and asked about my newer Camry. Peter B (ie, the phone staff) was upfront about things they can work on, and things they don't. They are very busy, and I prefer to know this information before booking an appointment for 6 weeks in the future. So, I think is a time saver to have a thorough discussion on the phone at Peter B. (I hate these webforms dealers are using now -- there's a) no place to record specific issues, they basically only want a simple job, like a 40k checkover, etc. and b) dealer service intake staff never read the webform anyway. Yesterday Dec 10, 2025 at 2,000 miles since the oil change - Maint Req light came on. Napleton did not reset the oil change. I reset it myself yesterday. Napleton Toyota is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are not interested in good customer service, not sure what their mission is.

I had called around town for estimates, but four other places were either unable or unwilling to look under the carpet for water. The estimate I was given at Long's for detailing alone was about 30% higher than all the other places I called. However, everyone I spoke to there was very friendly, and focused on providing the best service possible. They were all willing to take the time to listen to me, to ask questions, and to explain exactly what they would do to determine the location of the problem, and to resolve it. I ended up leaving my car at the shop for three days, but Rudy explained all the reasons for this, and I trusted his judgment. When I went to pick up my car, it looked fantastic and smelled great. They took the trouble to explain to me the efforts that they had made to locate the source of the leak on the roof, and the fact that they had had to remove more than four gallons of water and ice from under the floorboards. They removed all the water, dried the padding, cleaned the carpet, and sealed the leak. They actually undercharged me for all this work and when I told them this, they said, "We want the customer to be happy." Because of their conscientious attention to detail, their expertise, and their exemplary work ethic, they basically saved me thousands of dollars in future repairs and rust damage treatment.
