I contacted the manager Thomas who stated they don't give estimates over the phone they always come out first, but that was never offered. Since they record all the calls, I told him to listen to the original call. A little while later he called me and asked me to do him a favor not to write the review. I declined. After about 10 minutes, they send me a text offering me $100.00 for the inconvenience. It felt more like they were offering me the money not to write the review. For some reason my original review with more detailed information was deleted. They did respond to the review stating that someone would be following up within 48 hours but that never happened either. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

They claim they didn't do it and even talk to the manager explaining that wasn't there before the repairman came. We even shared with the manager and repairman that we had a previous AC company out that morning who never indicated anything about the damaged duct problem. We even have the home inspection photos that show the duct perfectly OK, but that didn't matter to them.The earlier AC company has performed work at our other house for the past 20 years, so very reputable and reliable.
