We called out an AC / "Vent Cleaning" service who's tech "cleaned" the vent but spent the majority of the time trying to sell more services. Turns out the light came back on about 6 months later (for a service that should be annual). This time, we called VentSmart. Dryer vents are ALL they do. One price for a vent on the side of the house, another if the dryer vents to the roof. Wayne was super friendly and pleasant. He dispatched Chris in short order. Chris was even friendlier and worked hard to get the job done right. That first "Vent Cleaning" service never checked the roof, just "cleaned" from our air-conditioned laundry room. Chris got up there and removed a HUGE chunk of lint (attached pic), then high-speed brushed from top AND bottom. There was no BS, no trying to sell other services, no surprises with the cost. Just thoroughly cleaned the house vent, the vent in the dryer, and all around the dryer seals. Then cleaned up everything behind him. Professional, super nice, and a very reasonable price. Extreme Maids has been very communicative when there have been issues with needing to reschedule (understandable with Covid). All the teams we have had assigned for our cleanings have been timely. We have been using Extreme Maids for monthly cleanings consistently since October 2019. We tried using a different cleaning service prior to that for a few months but the quality and the ease of booking just made Extreme Maids a better option.

I figured ok, they can get it better next visit. Next vist scheduled for Friday the 5th, 2024. Was called and told they could not make it. Rescheduled for Wedsnesday the 10th at 1pm (for a two hour visit). I said that was fine. Today is the 10th... it is currently 2:23pm and still no maids. I did call at 1:48pm to let the office know there was no one here yet, and I have an appointment at 4pm that I need to leave here at 3:45pm for. I was told they would be there in a few minutes, and with two maids they could clean quickly. Not happy... and will not use these people again. Unreliable! They arrived at 2:26 and were finished by 3:17pm. So not even here an hour... I do not let the house get that dirty. But still get charged full 2 hour price for my two bedroom townhome, even though I do not let them clean on e bedroom at all.

After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system.
