We had to deal with a lot of salesmen-y type of people that didn't feel honest. Quoting huge numbers and telling us our AC was definitely going to die any moment. Telling us we had to buy these huge expensive replacements. We knew it was going bad, but the experience we had with the greasy salesmen techs made us decide to wait for it to fail before trying again to find someone good. It finally failed May 2026. I did my research again and found this company. The reviews were great but I was still really nervous because of our last experience. Called them out, fully expecting to go through the process of calling multiple people before finding someone. However, Alfredo was immediately different from the others. He is such a kind and personable person. What a great first impression. If you are able to ask by name, I suggest ask for Alfredo. He arrived exactly on time, too. He didn't feel like a salesperson at all. He felt honest and genuine. He gave us all of our options. From repair to full and complete replacement and everything in between. He discussed with us the pros and cons of each option. It never felt like he was pushing us one way or the other. It felt like he just wanted us to have a working AC that worked for us, period. He also spoke equally to both my husband and I. Many technicians tend to only speak to my husband which is annoying since I take care of most of the home management. Previously we were told we had to do this super expensive option to keep our upstairs cool but Alfredo told us we likely didn't need it, and if we did, we could have it added later. I knew right away we didn't need to have anyone else come out. We chose them and they were able to install our new system same day. We left the house, and they were very respectful of our house while they were here alone. They cleaned up after themselves and locked the doors behind them. He said they would likely be done around 2am and they finished at exactly 1:59am! We had a Lego display on the wall that I'm guessing got bumped (I forgot to remove it before they arrived so that was my bad). Some pieces fell off and broke apart and they put them all on the table. I've knocked that thing off myself and finding those scattered pieces is annoying. No missing pieces at all. I was impressed by this small thing. Just another example of the care and thoughtfulness of the crew. The AC is incredible. I'm very happy so far with our choice in system and in who we picked to install it. I don't feel bamboozled or taken advantage of in any way. Highly recommend! Very glad I found them.

At the last minute, they texted us to cancel, claiming an "emergency repair." When I called, the story changed, they admitted they took a bigger, higher-paying job (full heating system replacement) and pushed us aside, told us either cancel or reschedule with them. Highly recommend…read more Top Gun immediately contacted me to set up an appointment. This was at 10am on a Friday in late July. The owner came out that evening to diagnose the problem. Parts were ordered. Monday I get a call from Allie explaining how long it would take to get the parts from the manufacturer & when to expect my AC to be fixed. Allie was friendly, kind, compassionate, & helpful the few times we spoke. Excellent customer service! The following Monday (yesterday) Arturo came to replace the coil in my attic. I was told in advance that it would be an all day job. No problem. Arturo walked us through & showed us the problems that caused our AC coil to need replacement once the old coil was out. It was fantastic getting a mini teaching lesson about home AC. He took the time to explain the possible issues with the unit outside too. At the very end we ran into a problem. Arturo said he would be happy to stay & troubleshoot, or come back today. No point to come back out even though he'd been working all day. He quickly found the problem & the AC was up & running. Kudos to Arturo! I know nothing about AC repairs, but the cost was reasonable to me. I actually had to raise my AC a few degrees because my house was so cool this morning. Humans & dogs are very happy.
