I asked for a different color nail on my ring finger and it didn't phase them. The person doing my nails was so nice and gentle on my fingers, even though my nails weren't that long. Not only did I receive the wrong service - they looked AWFUL. There was large amounts of glue left under the nails. You could see the tips of my actual nail underneath the French tip polish. Multiple nails were glued at an ugly 30° angle with the pinkies being the worst. I did gather the courage to go back and complain about 30 minutes later and the original lady tried to argue with me saying they were acrylic nails and that they looked fine. A second lady (assuming it was either the owner or manager) attempted to fix them but unfortunately they were unsalvageable. They did look a bit better but ultimately they should have been removed and redone properly. As a side note, after only two days both of my thumb nails have already started to lift. I told him TWICE that it was supposed to be a soak off but he just did want he wanted to do.
