FANTASTIC service! SEVEN.........days ago my wife's car…read morebattery died. So I drove out to her and gave her a jump start so that she could drive home ASAP. From home, she called AAA roadside assistance. An hour later a tow truck arrived, tested her battery, said it needed a new battery. Then they said they were out of stock, and would have to order a new battery and that it "SHOULD" be available in a week. Today was that week and now they are saying 3 more days. It turns out that AAA supplies the batteries to the tow truck companies from one source. AAA has done absolutely NOTHING to resolve this issue. So this morning, my wife calls Teresa's and the manager tells her that her battery will arrive in 20 minutes, and that he would install it himself. We jump started her car and she drove to Teresa's. When she arrived there, so did the new battery. They drove her home so that she didn't have to wait at the shop. Two hours later they called and said it was ready. They came and picked her up, and she drove herself home. We completely trust Teresa's as they always provide professional service and NEVER try to upsell you something you don't need. We are dropping AAA roadside assitance after being a customer for over 30 years. We are going to try the Sam Club for roadside assistance, and switch to Travelers for auto insurance. Michael, the tow-truck driver, worked hard in the heat to get my trailer on the bed. He was also very helpful to get it to a place that could fix it after my insurance co. failed me. I don't know if tipping is a thing with tow truck drivers, but if it is, I wish I had more than the small amount that I was able to tip him with today. He definitely deserved more than I gave him.

One of their reps (David) called me the day before for confirmation and when I got there the following day, he helped me right away. A few hours later, I called to see how everything was going for the diagnostics, and he told me that he would call me back. 15-20 mins later, David called me back like he said he would and told me all the details. Went back in to pick up my car, and went over everything again with Tina. Thank you. I have another appointment coming up and I am happy to say that I am very satisfied so far with everything they have done and provided for me. The guys were so incredibly attentive. Not one but 3 or 4 guys jumped on the problem. They not only replaced the blown tire but sold and installed a needed, better, inexpensive, used spare tire. They swapped rims from spare to match driving wheels, replaced a bad lug nut. They did everything but get me dinner! And they did it all so QUICKLY with smiles. So grateful for all they did to get me quickly back on the road!
