While on our way out of town for our vacation, our car decided to die on us. We were fortunate enough to make it to an Auto Zone in hopes that it would've been an easy fix, however, to our dismay, it was done for. We went on the AAA app and within 2min we already had our request received and confirmation that our driver was on its way. Pro Towing sent a truck big enough to carry all of us in the truck as we had our car towed to a shop in Riverside. Our driver, Daniel, was off the bat great! he helped push the car back so that he could put it on the bed. The whole ride to the shop was actually a delight. We made fun out of the ride rather than getting upset. We were grateful to Daniel & Pro Towing for the help and lift. We even caught up to him on the freeway and said a final goodbye as we were able to get back on the road and on our way. read more

"OH NO!" (I have a flat tire!) To my dismay, there was a big block of metal on the freeway that I just had to run over (since I couldn't switch lanes). Unfortunately the big rig next to me and myself fell victims and both of our tires blew out. It felt like my life was flashing before me and I was seeing the end of the tunnel. Luckily I was able to pull over to a right shoulder, and I called my Just Tires Roadside Hazard number, since I have free tire replacements and roadside hazard assistance. They got AAA to send me a guy to change my tire to a spare for FREE. WOOO no money for towing and changing my tire. While I waited for them to come, they called me to let me know they spotted me on the freeway and were just about to pull over and everything's going to be okay. "Wow, these people are so nice!" So the man of this event was Pedro, and he changed my tire so quickly. I swear it only took him 10 minutes or less. He even waited with me for a while before my brother came to switch cars with me. So the story ends with no light at the end of the tunnel, and no more life flashing before my eyes. Thanks to Pro Towing and Pedro! You guys saved poor little me and my car :) read more

On Wednesday, December 26, 2012 I was driving through Carbon Canyon in Chino Hills, CA (91709) with my mother. It was 5 AM and completely dark, and raining. The Canyon was backed up because of an accident about a half a mile ahead of us so I decided to make a U-turn and go the other way. (The Canyon has only two lanes, one way in and one way out.) Because it was so dark/rainy I accidentally drove my car into a ditch. I tried a few times unsuccessfully to back out before I accepted the fact I was stuck. I called Triple A so that they would send someone out for service (to pull us out of the ditch). The customer service rep was very friendly and when she found out that some of my car was still partially in the road, that it was raining, and that it was dark she put an "emergency" tag on the service number [service number redacted]. The customer service agent told me that the tow company was Pro Towing and that they would be there within 30 minutes. Pro Towing did show up within the 30 minutes. The driver began to back up to be closer to my car but before I could even get out he pulled away and went in the direction of the accident that I had been trying to avoid. [I would like to note that because my car was in a ditch, with the nose in the ground and the back tires off the ground it was very uncomfortable to be sitting in that position but with the weather elements/traffic my mother and I had no choice but to sit in the car and wait.] Pro Towing left and so we tried to be patient. By this point a sheriff deputy had pulled in front of us and was shining his lights on us so that other cars would not hit us. After waiting in the tilted car for an hour I became agitated. I called customer service and they called the towing company, then the customer service rep called me back. As it was explained to me Pro Towing had come out but they were already towing two cars. Which was a lie. 1. Why would they answer a call if they already had two cars on their flat bed. And 2. I firmly believe that they thought I was alone (cause it was too dark to see in my car) and that they decided to lie when I clearly saw that they didn't have any other cars on their tow truck. The customer service agent informed me that Pro Towing was the company used for that region and I would just have to wait for the next available tow truck. All told I waited in the dark, in the rain, in a two lane canyon, in a tilted position FOR TWO HOURS. For a service that had been designated an emergency. When the new tow truck finally came it took him less than five minutes to pull my car out. It is disheartening to think that he could have helped me out and still gone to do what was so important at the scene of the accident. Also, I am very disturbed that the tow truck driver lied about me, to the customer service representative by saying that he already had cars on his truck. ESPECIALLY since he told the sheriff deputy who was kind enough to wait with us that he had come to answer our call, but got ANOTHER call from his dispatcher about the accident. The deputy said that he should have taken us first because the other call did not have Triple A and they had called for a private call. This leads me to believe that the toying company would make more money from the private call than Triple A call, though I don't know this to be true. I just know that my mother and I were left by the side of the road for two hours without anyone calling us to inform us of the change in plans. read more

When Juan showed up he proceeded to lecture me how AAA is for roadside service. He than walked around the car and I haven't put the new tag on. He refused to tow it. Hector your a angel ! My friend and I were out doing errands and her truck overheated and she just got it back from the mechanic (routine maintenance) yesterday. We called aaa and they sent Hector out. He kindly looked at the engine and noticed right away the mechanic out the belt on incorrect and if it were not for him catching this so quickly the engine could of been blown. After getting a flat tire on the 60 freeway at 12:45 am this morning I called AAA. They sent me a driver from Pro Towing. I did not get his name and I wish I did. He saw my car was not in a very safe position to change the tire. He suggested towing me home and I was so glad. He got us both off the freeway safely and quickly and took me home. It was very scary being stuck in that lane by myself like a sitting duck just waiting to get hit. Tow truck drivers have a very dangerous job and he handled it very professionally. I called AAA for roadside assistance because my car would not start outside my house. They were there within the promised 30 minutes. The service was very friendly and very very knowledgable. One awesome thing was that they accidentally sent 2 towers to my house, but this was because it was an error on the dispatcher's part. Either way, both gentlemen were friendly and knew what they were doing. One guy even explained to my husband and I the perks of having AAA and gave us a card showing where we can get discounts for being a member. We thought we needed to tow our car to our mechanic, but the representative helped us with jumping our car and gave us instructions on how to recharge the battery. If I could give 10 stars I literally would. I only had 2 miles or so to drive to get my battery changed at the local autozone. Rene helped me jump my car today and instead of leaving the site since he was done with his job, I noticed he was near the exit of my community. Turns out he wanted to make sure my car was ok and going to make it. Later I noticed him driving behind me and as I was making a right on a busy intersection in my city my card died! Rene was right behind me! This guy was like super man. He came out of his truck and jumped my car and off I went again. Then as I was literally 50 or so feet from autozone making a left on yet another busy 4 lane street, my car died again. Guess who was there? Rene again! This guy helped me jump my car 3 more times in the middle of the road but my car was out of juice completely so we pushed it into the parking. As we pushed, the power steering went out and the car stopped dead right in the middle of oncoming traffic. Rene knew how to reset my gears and get it back into neutral and we both safely pushed the car to Autozone. This dude is passionate about what he does and really has a heart to help people. He also knows his stuff. I am very fortunate to have had Rene at Pro Towing assigned to my call today. read more

Worst tow service ever! There tow truck driver Vega was sketchy as hell! He was so quick to take my car to the yard "with out charge" even though I am a AAA member. Being that the police office had the tow truck dispatched, I had to call AAA and have the re-dispatched. Before I could even get through to AAA he had my car on the bed and told me that he would meet me at the address provided. It took him almost 30min to drop off my car 5.1 miles from the pick up location. Being that I was worried about the amount of time it took him to reach my house, I called dispatch. Dispatched gave me his location and to my surprise when he arrived, he pulled up a completely different direction from where he was last located. Not too long after he dropped my car off I realized that my headphones were missing from my car. I called pro towing and the manager Kevin swore up and down that his driver didn't take my headphones (he did!). DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! If they damage your car they will blame you for it. My husband had his F250 towed by this company any broke his steering box in his truck. They are blaming him after the tow truck driver forcefully used his body weight to turn the steering wheel after my husband told him, "it was not going to turn!". In the beginning they were willing to pay for it until they received the quote. After they seen it was going to be $850 thats when they started to point the fingers at us after my husband specifically told him it was not going to turn. read more

The driver showed up and refused to take my car to my house unless I took it to a bodyshop that he recommended. Total scammer. When I asked the driver for his name, he refused to give me his name and started cussing at me. He then jumped in his flatbed truck and left. I managed to get some pictures of him from the back. So my day had gone to crap, when my tire gave out on me forty minutes from home with no one to come get me. Triple A has been a part of my family since I was a kid and we knew we could always trust them to help us out. Well today they went above and beyond in making sure I got home safely- they were able to let me get to my bank since that's where I was headed and then to Costco to get my tires fixed. I was panicking and frustrated and the tow guy, Alberto, that came to fix it on April 18, 2018 in Chino was super helpful and kind, and he made sure I got to my destination in one piece. I'm glad I didn't give up on Triple A and that today has hopefully begun a marked improvement. read more

About a year ago this company was not the greatest. But I just used them recently and they really stepped up their game. Hector, my driver was kind and courteous, which I rarely see in this generation. It was refreshing. The girl on the phone didn't seem real friendly, but she got the job done so her kindness doesn't matter if I am being taken care of. had car troubles on 1958 lincoln contential put in gas at sams club in chino,, car just stopped, called aaa and they said my driver would be about 60 min, well 90 minets later pro tow showes up and the driver said i cant tow your car it has air bags its been modifyed....they had towed it about 6 mounts earler, i said i will sign a waver for damages the driver said my boss does not want a law suit and drove away, luckly i had hagerrty ins. and the sent out summit tow from clairmount who also is a aaa tow service the driver had now problem towing my lincoln...i made a complaint with aaa and told them that if i ever request tow again do not send pro tow. and that aaa should get rid of pro tow as a aaa service. read more
