Brad, sounded real good as other reviewers have posted, but this guy made sure that I buy it from him. He also asked me to pay him in cash, which I did. Now its been few months and I have been trying to call him for the service and my water from RO is not upto standards from the competitor that he was bashing about. I have called him multiple times and he is not picking up my calls and not calling back either. I have asked him to do a simple test on the water quality and that is what he is refusing. I have paid him very high and installed the equipment in my garage also suggested by him of what he called Top Of The Line. So he made me spend money so that he can make big profits. After I installed the product from him, I received a call from another supplier and he quoted me $1400 less than his price. Beware of this guy and company. They will be nice during sales, but after the sale is made, they don't bother to get back to you. I will be suing him for the water quality that I am getting and also will be reporting him to the Contractors Board. read more

There was no way to downgrade a half star, so i went down to 4. So it's been almost 2 years that I've had the system installed in my house. I've had no complaints with the system itself, but I decided I had to downgrade the review 1 star because of the install job quality. Since my system is installed in the garage, the guys that came in had to go through the garage drywall to connect to my main intake. The downgrade is for the drywall patchwork they did after they hooked everything up. Unfortunately, the patch work wasn't done that well and since I have to look at it everyday when I park my car resulted in the half star downgrade. On the ithet hand, I've had to call Brad on numerous occasions regarding changing the filters on my RO under the sink system and he's been great in helping me save some money to do it all on my own, so definite props to Brad for being willing to always answer my questions. However, just can't seem to get past the patchwork job. read more

It has taken me a long time to modify the water in my home, but recent testing made me take action. With one call, I got a lot of information, and then the website clarified the rest. Scheduling was a piece of cake and when the gentlemen came out to my house for installation, they were on time, very pleasant, well prepared and so professional. They thoroughly evaluated the works areas, made very specific plans and got started immediately. The work spaces were kept immaculate and we communicated regularly throughout the process. Now the best part: Our drinking water is now delicious and smooth. Like Fiji or Evian. No kidding. Cleaning is easier and we don't use as many hair and body products. Shaving is less abrasive. Our dishes look better and the laundry smells fresher. No more schlepping to Smart n Final or Costco to buy cases of water. We enjoy Fiji water and would buy it regularly. At like $2 a liter - I am done with that. No more plastic bottles to recycle!! When we have awesome water at home why would we buy it? And plastic bottles - do I need to say any more? This is an A+ business. IT IS A WHOLE HOME SYSTEM. I live in Fillmore where the water hardness goes from 48 grains per gallon to 41 gpg based on any one of the 3 wells being used. Brad runs the show. We had a small issue when the plumber did an incorrect install. Brad came out and fixed it in short order. The outside water coming in from the street is 48 gpg and then went to 5! after the filtration. I'm telling you this stuff is no joke. Our current water softener was over six years old and no longer working. I found Pro Water Solutions via Yelp and contacted them to get a quote as scale was building up on the shower glass doors, faucet heads, and on the dishes we washed. Brad took my call on the weekend, and after explaining my situation, offered to setup an appointment onsite. When I shared I was about to travel out of town and my time we tight, he reworked his schedule to meet with me during an open window I had the very next day. Brad was great. He ran several water tests, assessed our in house and whole house systems, and explained why the current system was likely no longer effective. No competitor bashing, just shared the facts which was great. He offered two quotes, one to rework the in place system (replace resin bed - cheaper but no warranty) or install a new system (five year warranty). We went through the details and selected Pro Water's softener and charcoal filter package set, because the water in Ventura is exceptionally hard (39+ grains). On the spot with a handshake we cut the deal, and he explained next steps for the installation (he even included replacing our cheap kitchen sink filter faucet, no charge!) Later that week his partner and co-owner Jack showed up with his work hand, and they did an assessment for placement of the system. He took the time to explain the install process (removing the old unit, dumping flex lines and putting in rigid copper feeds, running the start up/purge cycles), and he even offered to help move the garage junk blocking the workplace. Jack and his installation man rocked it! They really did great work, and in a very short time (45min-1hr tops). Best part beside the awesome job was his awesome attitude. Very friendly fellow (we shared a couple fishing stories/pics), and he took the time to walk me through how the new system works (it's very simple and intuitive). End of the day, we now have great water in the house, clean dishes, and our pipes and water heater will last much longer. I obtained quotes from several companies for a home water treatment system. I liked that Brad was very knowledgable, honest, and gave no pressure on or after his initial visit to my home. I did a lot of research on water treatment systems and companies that sell them for several weeks after, and I called him a few times with questions. He was always happy to answer my questions. I ultimately chose this company because, although not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) quote, the downstream costs years down will be lower than other companies. The system they sell also seems more robust. The installation with Jack was great. The installation was harder than expected but they worked hard and had great attitudes throughout. After an exhaustive amount of research and many questions answered with confusing results I decided on Pro Water Solutions for my water softener, carbon filter, and RO drinking system. I found them on the internet and they were very patient with all my questions. All they do is water treatment, as oppose to others who were just plumbers pushing the systems they get a discount on. These plumbers had to "research" my questions and call me back. In addition, all these plumbers just seemed "slick", not to mention overpriced. The guys at Pro Water Solutions were professional throughout the whole process. My salesperson was Brad (not me) and my installer was Jack. I believe these are the only two guys in the business. Even after the install they were very easy to get a hold of. I called their references and everyone spoke about how honorable and ethical they are and I found this to be very true. We really love our soft water and drinking water and I cannot say enough about these guys. ProWater Solutions installed a whole house carbon filter and reverse osmosis system for drinking water to our existing water softener about 8 years ago. I am so grateful to Brad for his recommendations. The system is GREAT...the water tastes delicious...we use it for cooking and even watering my orchids. We recently moved to Oxnard and immediately found out how bad the water was here. We had been planing a whole house filtration system but realized we also now needed a softener. The hard water in Burbank was just horrible on our appliances and plumbing. I also had to replace serval parts on my espresso machine even with diligent descaling. Finally bit the bullet to get a water softener system put into our house. We found Pro Water Solutions on Yelp and Angie's List and they had really good reviews. Brad came out and did a great job evaluating our water and our needs. We ended up getting the water softener and carbon combination series along wth a Reverse Osmosis system put into our kitchen sink. Jack the installer and his assistant Danny did a great job and went the extra mile to help us hook up our ice maker in our freezer to the RO system. It's been about four months since the install and we love the water system! No more "Clean Shower" on the glass shower doors, regular Cascade works in our dishwasher, and the RO system taste better than any of the bottled waters we use to purchase.
