The addition of the new section of gutter was challenging given that the fascia was ~22' off the ground level with no access from the upper roof itself due to the presence of solar panels. Impressive work given that he installed the gutter and downspout on his own! He uses only quality materials such as heavy gauge copper, copper screws and hangers. David is honest, personable and hard working. He is detailed oriented and produces high quality results. We had our first relatively heavy rain shower this past evening and all of his work passed with no leaks. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, and I can honestly say that David Kelly is one of the best that I have done business with. I am lucky that we were given the opportunity to work with him.

His friendliness and work ethic had us going back to him when we were ready to replace the gutters in June 2025. He provided a quick and simple estimate/proposal and worked with our house painting contractor's schedule to get everything done right. David quickly dropped the old gutters and hauled them away a few days before the painters arrived to start cleaning and prepping the house. Once they were done, David returned to fabricate and install our new gutters. He and his assistants were very careful on our tile roof and finished the job as scheduled. The gates he made for us have entirely deteriorated not even 3 years after. He did half completed welds which contributed to deteriorating condition. Each picket has four sides, he only welded one side. When we contacted him for repairs as he mentioned a warranty, he insisted this wasn't true and he would charge us for any repairs. We're disappointed with this as we paid a premium for his services.

So, for the second time, Bobby Dawson II of Hi Lite Fabricators, Inc. was a total life saver for me. I bought an above tank basking platform for my 75 gallon turtle tank, and I needed a section cut out of the glass and platform to be able to fit my filter hoses. I send him a quick video asking me if he could help with another specific project, and he did EXACTLY what I needed, and went above and beyond!
