First we were quoted with 2-3 days. Day 3 came around and the crew didn't show up until 2pm and after a few hours left without a word. 3 days and still an incomplete fence. When calling the foreman who was supposedly in charge of the crew, he had no idea they left! When I asked for an explanation, I was told they had "prior commitments"! The end result was 5 days and still a terrible job. They treated our property with no respect at all. They ruined parts of our yard during the installation and, unbelievably, cleaned concrete tools and dumped the waste directly onto our lawn. Now we're left with dead grass and hardened concrete patches that we have to deal with ourselves. No one followed up after the job, and no one seems to care that they left a mess behind. There are plastic shavings all over my yard from cutting material where my dogs are. Completely unprofessional from beginning to end. When all these issues were brought up to the manager Ryan, the excuses were never ending. Not once did he take accountability for the workmanship or customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually communicates and respects your property.

They were not the lowest but my mom had a good vibe with Suli so we went ahead with them. From start to finish she kept raving about how impressed she was with their work ethic and professionalism. They did an excellent job on the wall(s) and, aside from their warm aloha and "care for kupuna", what she appreciated most was how they were very good about clearing out the bricks and cleaning everything up! I researched the paint used and it is paint that requires primer on Aluminum....my gate is aluminum. I would never recommend this Ass-Clown to do work for me ever again. He was sloppy, did not communicate with me, and as mentioned in the earlier review, he cancelled work dates on me a few times. Now I find out that he cut corners on the application of paint on my job. If you ask me..............AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID..... There are better providers out there.............take your time and find the RIGHT guy to do the job. I would NEVER use Fusion Art 808.......never...never.

George on the other hand, called me the same day and stopped by my house soon after to take some measurements. He provided me with a quote with all costs broken down. He waited patiently while I collected other quotes and discussed with my husband. We went with George because of his excellent communication, he showed us plans/what to expect, and is honest. George and his assistant Saul did an terrific job on our railing project. They showed up on time, on the day they said they were going to be at our house, and completed the project in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the result! George Filipe and the 808 F&R expert painter did a top quality job on the Oahu Cemetery fence…read moresurrounding the Chun Afong plots. We have been taking care of this fence for 20 years. It has never looked so good after painting. As you can see from the photos, the fence has spearheads, balls, and multiple rails, making the painting process more difficult. 808 F&R carefully prepared the fence, removing rust bubbles and grinding down the the metal where needed. We flew over from California for a couple of weeks. 808 F&R was able to start and complete the job while we were on Oahu.
