I had a great experience with Pro Wheels and Tires. My car got a flat tire and I found out that not only was my tire flat, but my wheel was cracked in three places. The search was on to find a new replacement wheel, but then I find out that my wheels were custom made for my car and my options were pretty much: A) Get a new wheel made custom again and pay $600+ B) Get four new wheels and pay a bit more We went with B. I wasn't happy to spend this money after just having a flat that could be fixed almost for free because of my tire insurance, but sh*t happens and so I went shopping for wheels. We visited a few places and came back to Pro Wheels because they had a great price, friendly service, great looking wheels, and they were able to do the work quickly. I'm honestly not the type of person that even notices wheels right off the bat - I could safely say that I actually was confused when our tire place said my wheel was cracked - I really think of tires and wheels as the same thing, lol. I was very wrong. Once I started noticing my wheels and all the wheels around me I actually enjoyed the shopping. I went with something pretty straightforward and Itzel from Pro Wheels really helped me with shopping them around and getting the best price. Once we picked out the new wheels, she communicated with me about coming back in and getting the installation done. The installation location is off-site of this location (at CTW on Main St.). Warning, warning This company sells old tires. They sell old stock as brand new tires. In simple terms, they buy tires at discounted rates that have been sitting in warehouses for years and sell them as new tires. This means, that the structure of the tires had already been deteriorated. If you had a blowout or even an accident, let the insurance adjuster check the tires. They can by law be held responsible. My tires were purchased in 2016, and the tires they installed were Dot dated 2011. 5 year old junk. I will be working with our judicial system to have this corrected. I was looking for a shop to find me some wheels for my Chevrolet Cruze. The bolt pattern on these cars are pretty hard to find. Anelly was really helpful in helping find wheels for my car and very patient with me. She sent me pictures of what she could get and offered to help me find wheels of other brands I was looking at. All in all I'm satisfied and appreciate there help. Only thing I did not like was that i was sent to there other affiliate shop on main and river rd. It would of been nice if I would have had my wheels put on at this location. There was a heavy set guy at the other affiliate location that wasn't to happy that I showed up at his location. He gave me a pro-rated rebate based on the manufacture warranty and miles on the tires. He did what he said he would do, and that's how you build repeat customers. My son and I stopped by cause he wanted some rims and tires for his car. We walked in and Anely greeted us, we went over several rims my son was interested in. Finally my son decided on the rims and Anely did the paper work and she said she would call us when the rims arrive (custom rims). So Anely called my son a day later and said rims and tires arrived and were ready for install. My son shows up and the rims didn't fit the car, they said wheel spacers would be my only option but we didn't want the wheel spacers. This whole time Anely provided excellent customer service, however since they were special order she said I would need to talk to Joe (supervisor) regarding restock fee. So I explain to Joe the situation and he said he understood and wouldn't charge me a restock fee. Pretty disappointed with the customer service from Pro Wheels Sales dealing with a damaged wheel I got from them which I didn't notice until I got home.  Pro Wheels Sales didn't return any of my calls or texts regarding the matter to resolve. I got one initial apologetic e-mail without a answer to resolve anything, otherwise I had to call and bug them.  I initially came to them for a specific set of wheels they couldn't find in their warehouse and ended up with the current set and a damaged wheel.  No interest by Pro wheels to be proactive helping fix any issues with any competent customer service with this matter. read more

I had Pro wheels install a level kit/ Wheels/ Tires on my 2014 F-150. Unfortunately, my experience was not 5 stars. I too choose Pro wheels due to high reviews. My problem started with Luis, the owner. He is a very nice guy (as are all his workers) however as a typical sales guy will say anything to get the business. After the install of the level kit (procomp), the truck had a knocking noise and would not align correctly. Miguel the new installer, really didn't know what the knocking was and tried to align the truck again. Over the next 2 weeks and 5 visits to Pro Wheels the knocking was not fixed nor diagnosed correctly. The alignment was better- but Miguel admitted that the alignment machine was not working correctly since he had started working at Pro Wheels. However, Miguel still kept another secret. He never mentioned to me- while installing the leveling shock he broke several of the suspension components on my truck- causing the knocking noise all this time! I finally had to have a Ford dealership take a look at it and broke the bad news to me. I wrote an email to Pro Wheels about the problems and left messages for Christina (no longer works there) advising of the problem. Due to lack of communication- I had to file a small claims suit. I would not trust this shop with any heavy installation work such as lifts etc. Only good for wheels and tires. The scary part is- these guys do a lot of lifts for dealerships- I can only imagine how many incorrectly lifted/broken new trucks are on the road due to their incompetence. read more
